1) The Playstation Eye is just like a webcam. The only thing it adds to the game is your face or anything you want to broadcast. Not every game allows you to use the eye.
I have never touched a psp so I wouldn't know.
Neither of these are requirements unless you download a game off the PSN that states you must use the PS eye.
You can have private chats with people and allow them to see you.
2) It is interesting only if you have some hot chick flashing her goods.
3) As stated earlier, none of these (psp or ps eye) are requirements to play the ps3 nor do they really have an impact on the more common games.

PSP has Remote Play, which, you don't need to worry about.

PlayStation Eye is kind of like the Wii, but instead of a Wiimote, you are the controller. It also works as a Webcam.

If you really really want a PSP, then get it, if you travel a LOT, then get it, but, it's kinda useless if you barely play it.

If you want to have a better MP3, download Rockbox, only a few MP3s/iPods can have it, but it allows you to play old school games, and you can download Gameboy/Gameboy Colour Games (It also has a GameBoy Emulator), and comes with DOOM, which you can mod it to get CounterStrike and other cool games.

If you tried the separate plug-ins.... and in my opinion, the standard plugin was the best.... it's probably more of your computer's hardware causing the problems..... Check your computers specs first

Depends what kind of games you like.

Halo 3, Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Dead Rising, Mass Effect, Grand Theft Auto IV, Call of Duty 4, Assassin's Creed, Saints Row, Saints Row 2, The Orange Box, Left 4 Dead, Star Wars The Force Unleashed, the Madden games, Bioshock, etc. There are also upcoming games to check out like Halo Wars, Halo 3: ODST, Prototype, and Batman: Arkham Asylum.

Prices vary wherever you look but the older games like Dead Rising and Mass Effect will be a little bit cheaper whereas the newer games will be around $60. Special/Limited Editions of games will be about $70-$80.

You should go with a game that you know is worth the money and that you'll get the most use out of after playing through its campaign/story/etc. From that list, Bioshock is the best but on the flip side it has no multiplayer. Resistance 2 and Resident Evil 5 apparently both do but you may not like their respective story/campaign modes.

I'd suggest Bioshock because it's definitely a game worth playing and if you plan on playing Bioshock 2: Sea of Dreams then it'd be good to have the backstory and familiarize yourself to the series before playing its sequel.

My personal suggestions to you would be:

Midnight Club: Los Angeles & MotorStorm: Pacific Rift:
I will group these two together as personaly I have a disliking for any racing game that isn't Burnout 3 or Crash Team Racing so I won't comment on these much I have played them both and out of the two I would suggest Motor Storm due to it being fast, fun and arcade-y. Midnight Club is a bit more serious and more about the modding of cars to make them better from what I could gather.

BioShock:
Is superb, however does fall on its face for the very last sections of the game, the story is excelent but as I say it just falls on the last few sections of the game. Plus (not too sure about over in the US) it's really cheap now, £15 brand new over here, but I'm guessing it's cheap.

Resident Evil 5: I am not a fan of the Resident Evil series the only ones I have liked were 2 and the re-make of 1 on the GameCube. From what I played of the demo of 5......"meh" is all I can summon up. The control sceme is archaic and needs an overhaul, even though I hear that if you change the options to scheme "C" it's supposed to be a little better.

Resistance 2:
Hard to say as you have Killzone 2 (yes?) and the MP is far better in Killzone 2 aswell as the single player campiagn. Unless you have been aching for this game I would wait a while and get it later.

Fallout 3:
I could go on and on about this game, so I will keep it short. This game is one of, if not THE best game of 2008. So much depth to character creation and development, so-so story, excelent and plentyfull side missions, and huge re-playability to it. Plus future DLC to come out soon on the PS3.

Street Fighter IV:
There are two questions to ask here. 1) Do you regularly have people around you to play with. 2) Do you like playing games online where, statisticaly, you will be beat down by 5 Kens for every 1 win you pick up. Ok so I suppose thats only one question really but as fighters go, Street Fighter IV is very shallow to play on your own only. Once you have unlocked all the characters there is nothing else bar some time trails and sh*t but nothing much.

Oh and I'm sorry I didnt PSN message you back the other week Naughty Dog but my USB keyboard for my PS3 broke and I'm far too lazy to type using the pad. Sorry

As, I'd rather get Fallout over Shock, as they both have single player, but I like Fallout 3 more, and would want to play Online with another game, rather than having both.

And, as for MotorStorm, I really need a good racing game to rekindle my love for Burnout Revenge as Burnout Paradise failed to do that.

For all of it I'd say maybe around $100. You have to remember that the older the game the less you'll get for it. I'd also be willing to bet that they might not take some of those games.

But yeah I'd say around $100 but it's impossible to tell until you go there and actually have them mark it all up because they charge whatever they want basically.

I've played Street fighter for ab out 18 hours now. i've used Guile and Bison but i can't never do their moves. I've played my brother a few times and both times i was just button mashing to try and use the sonic boom and bison's....whatyamacallit once. i've been trying to do the sonic boom in training for about 15 plus minutes and havn't hit it once. how do i chage to hit the sonic boom?

It's a decent game. Nothing too special. this might seem like a review that gives you little to no help on the game, but there's just not much to say about it. standard face button controls, decent mechanics, etc. Nothing too great, nothing too bad. This game was really just bland. The story mode was boring.

Well I went ahead and got it used anyways for around 10 bucks. I'm not a real big video game head as I only buy games around once every 6 months at the least (and half the time, they're old used ones like I also got SD:Shut Your Mouth today too which is from 2002) and the only reason I have a PS2 is because it was a gift and I mostly use it as a DVD player. Definitely, Oblivion is fun as hell man, I just run about like a mindless twat and find it fun.

I think it is a fun game. You can do a lot of things in it and also the side quests are very in depth. Fallout 3 was somewhat of a RPG but if you look at Oblivion it is a RPG through and through. From my personal experience I never really liked RPG's then I played Oblivion and now I cannot get enough of it.

I am selling my xbox 360 and about 20 games, 3 controllers and 1 headset, also 60 gig. I am doing this to try and get enough money for a PS3 Slim, but I dont think that it would get £250.

So I am thinking of selling my PS3 (which happens to freeze up a lot when i turn my mic on) and a few games excluding the ones i want to keep.

This should be enough for a ps3 slim yes? And if it is, should I preorder MW2 or SaW or get another game (suggest)?

Get rid of TNA Impact and replace it with Arkham Asylum and Uncharted 2, don't get Prototype, its an overrated shitty game that gets boring after five minutes.
Thats really all I can add seeing as I haven't played any of the others although everyone seems to creaming themselves over Modern Warfare 2.

I definitely agree. Resident Evil 5 by yourself is pretty aggravating, but playing it with a friend makes it infinitely more fun (the same could be said for Army of Two: The 40th Day).

Dead Space is an amazing game and for $20 you'd be stupid not to pick it up. I got it used for $17 and it's worth way more than that. Very, very much worth buying.

I am having a problem guys. I downloaded that new Army of Two game, and burned it using ImgBurner. However, when I put it in my 360, it goes to a white screen with the Xbox logo, and attempts to play it as if it was a DVD. Any help? All my other burned games work (this is the first one I have personally burned though) except for UFC Undisputed, which does the same thing as Army of Two. I appreciate anyone who can help me solve this problem. Remember, I am completely ignorant to hacking/modding the Xbox, I just bought this one this way

I downloaded and it came with an iso and a .dvd file. Not sure the file type

EDIT: For those who encounter the same issue, it has something to do with it being a wave 4 game. I downloaded Activate.iso and ran it, then put my game in and it works fine. YAY!

If you wanted to play some brand new games I would definitely suggest Bioshock 2 if you liked the first. I just bought it the other day and I'm addicted. Just as good as the original if not better IMO. People might have a better time suggesting games for you if they know what you have (or have played) already.

Mass Effect 2 is kinda obvious. Other than that, go for Borderlands because it's the only game of it's kind. The genre Bayonetta takes from has like 5 games releasing in the first quarter (Bayonetta, Darksiders, Dante's Inferno, God of War 3 and prolly another)

BioShock 2 will get you the most because it's the newest, but you should have enough for at least one game.

^ Depends on a couple of things

a) Your feelings on owning games comparing to renting them (someone like myself only buys games as I like to own all my things)

b) You can power through the story once in around 6-10 hours so a rental should suffice for one playthrough. But there are 20+ endings to the game (22 in all I think) and if you like to be a completionist or are a Trophy Hunter you would need longer than a couple of days rental to get a platinum

Personaly I'm a completionist and a slight Achievment/Trophy whore so it was a definate buy for me. The story in the game, with the exception of a slight few plot holes, is gripping and got me caring for the characters right from the begining making me want to play it more than once to see how different things are.

But if you don't care about platinum trophies or playing it multiple times then as I said a rental of it should do fine.

Well Nintendo Ds memory cards from my understanding are cards where you download the nintendo ds roms and play them on your actual ds. But the thing is im skeptical of this. I really want that so ima proceed with caution.

My xbox360 is connected tot he internet, is fully updated. When i downloaded the backward update from xbox.com and put it on a memory stick it would not even start the update process. anyone got any idea how to get these games to play?
Im in the uk btw, and i have contacted microsoft but their advise sucked ass.

It might just be as simple as those games not being backwards compatible. I looked at different lists for 360 compatible Xbox games and none of the ones I looked at had either of those games listed.

No. You won't be getting much bang for your buck.

If you're on Xbox, I'd suggest Forza, or an RPG from Bethesda or BioWare. Honestly, these days, only spend big money on single-player-only games like RPGs, or GOOD multiplayer.

I'd suggest Halo if you're on Xbox, or even some great Indie downloads. Mass effect, Oblivion and fallout are great too.

You have to delete the game data.. not the save data, according to my brother. Btw, my ps3 is dead :( I have to buy a new one. It's either the power supply or motherboard.

In Game Data Utility. Each game there includes vanilla game data and DLC. So, beware. (Like if you have LBP, if you delete it's game data, you lose all DLC)

But for COD, delete game data and the expansion pack WILL be gone.

I was wondering if modding your ps3 system, would it allow you to play all ps2 games, mines is 60 or 80gb and doesnt play any ps2 games, but plays all ps1 games. I think it is called sharkbait?, another name for modding a PS3.
