Intro Promo: Intro Promos:

An Intro Promo is a dialogue of your character speaking about his past/upcoming matches, his character, and overall just the way he feels about whatever's going on in general. It's rather hard to explain, so please check out the PROMO ARCHIVE found in the FWA subsection...where you can find row-on-row of very well-written promos. Study them, learn what you need to do, and create your superstar accordingly.


...And remember, all intro promos must be at least 10 LINES LONG! If they aren't, than you will not be accepted into the FWA community!




No two people can have the same Base Pic. You CANNOT use WWE superstars for base pics. If you want to know what I mean, check my thread with G-Rich.

Remember everyone, post in your thread every time you update it.

A simple *UPDATE* is sufficient.

how do you do the matches?

^Once you have signed up using the template...G-Rich will then book you in a match....you must then write a promo about the match/your opponent etc and your opponent will do the same...Your promos are then graded by the FWA commitee and the guy with the highest grade wins the match.
We then tell whoever is writing the match, who the winner was....they write the match it goes into the show and then the show gets posted...

Sorry if you knew most of that but some feds have a different system...

Ladies and Gentlemen of the FWA...this is Co-Owner of CrossFire, Chris Stallings with an important announcement about your personal roster pages...

It is important that every ACTIVE MEMBER of the FWA update their character pages AT LEAST ONCE EVERY MONTH, so that the writers of matches know of any changes. Some of you like to keep records of your matches and the like...that's fine, but we ask that if you haven't kept tabs on your character page...you need to start.

ANY CHARACTER THAT IS NOT BEING UPDATED WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED, AND THEREFORE RELEASED FROM THE FWA.

This is in order to ensure that all characters are being properly maintained. Thanks for the understanding guys!

What you do is you copy/paste the superstar template into a new topic in the sign up thread. Fill it out with all the necessary information. If you're having trouble thinking of what to put for a certain section, PM someone in the FWA or just look at someone else's sign-up thread.

Make sure you put your superstar's name as the topic title. Makes life sooo much easier when people want to see your guy or when you want to edit your information.

PM me or anyone else if you've still got questions. I'm sure somebody would be more than willing/able to help you.

Hey just a quick question, it says that you can't use WWE superstars for base pics but in the profiles section there are guys with Jeff Hardy, RKO, and Y2J as their pic so is it just for new sign ups? Or was that an old rule?

^New sign ups those characters were made pre the rule change and the Hardy guy is no longer active his page needs to be taken down.

It is all text based you make promos and then there are 4 mods who grade the promos. Then they average them together and whoever has the best average grade wins the match. I hope that answers your questions if not I am sorry.

In the Promo thread, which is made in the Promo Archives of your brand. It will be up a while after the card is posted. There are two thread: Promo Thread and Promo Discussion Thread.

Think it's fairly obvious which is for which.

Intro Promo: Intro Promos: Hello my fans I know you don't know me but the name is El Loco and I have finally arrived to FWA for a few reasons. To get respect for all fans especially the ladies, to make a name for myself and last but not least to fight off all the bullies in FWA. You see I grew up in LA and I've witnissed and been a part of bullying all my life through school I was the bullies main target because of how I used to be. So after I graduated high school I got myself a part time job to go to a wrestling school and where has Wrestling school taken me Here to my new home FWA. You see I've watched FWA on my television from my house and everytime I watch it I always see some cocky,loud mouth bully running his mouth and it makes me sick so a thought popped into my head why don't I come to FWA and shut their punk asses up. As ETU says you can have more then one. You can have two, tag teams count as one wrestler, as I have a tag team and a singles wrestler so that counts as my two. If you are coming to the FWA that would be awesome would love to see you here. :).
