I'm slowly beginning to lose patience with many people's intro promos. OK let me just set a few groundrules out of the way before you copy and paste the template....and start writing away. First things first:

Everything about your created wrestler is important. So take the time out to think of his alias', appearance, height, weight, and most importantly his moveset.

Check the thread; "Perfected Moves that CANNOT Be Used" and make certain none of your 5 perfected moves fall into that slot.

As for your finishing/signature maneauver...go all out. Think of something, that while not completely irrational, could be constituted as a terrific move. And name it creatively as well. I'm seeing things like, "Double Axe-Handle Powerbomb" and "Spinning Piledriver". Sure, those could be your finishing moves...but put some creativity into naming them. Most every wrestler has a cool name for the finisher, you should too!

EXAMPLE: Street Cred (Emerald Fusion)

Notice, the name in parethesses is the actual name of the move...whereas the other name, is simply my creativity coming up with something that would suit my charatcer and my gimmick.

Intro Promos:

An Intro Promo is a dialogue of your charatcer speaking about his past/upcoming matches, his character, and overall just the way he feels about whatever's going on in general. It's rather hard to explain, so please check out the PROMO ARCHIVE found in the FWA subsection...where you can find row-on-row of very well-written promos. Study them, learn what you need to do, and create your superstar accordingly.

And remember, all intro promos must be at least 12 LINES LONG! If they aren't, than you will not be accepted into the FWA community.

If you have any lingering questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Thanks in advance.

God damn, 12 paragraphs. I'm glad to see a lot of improvement since I came back. I just have to worry about any rule changes I don't know about :shifty:.

Everything is basically the same as you left it Mr. Computer Name.

Just a tad bit more organized, a little bigger, and my name is now in bold. The sun sets, the waves crash the sand....and life goes on with little hinderance or change.

Can't wait to see how much this doesn't do. Nice effort Cradle but just sit back and watch all the idiots not listen to you.

Haha actually TE, I first put 12 paragraphs....than edited my mistake.

Hopefully that didn't scare too many people off....lol

Yeah, Gerard, I'm almost positive this will do little to nothing to stop the continuance of bad intro promos and less than creative charatcers. But it's basically the only thing I have in my power to do, so sadly, we'll just have to wait it out.
