However, I like the idea of keeping this thread up updated for people to see & reference to whenever talking about TNA's ratings since some people usually get their facts mixed up.
But isn't that what Impact discussion threads are for?

I think ratings could be posted and discussed in this thread, and the first post can be continuously updated by Jason or a mod.

I'll leave that to the mods thou..

Looking at the ratings, it seems TNA hasn't changed much but was doig better in 2007 than it is now.

^^^Well, I didn't know what direction this thread was going to go when it was first posted so I didn't want to merge anything yet but seeing how each week, the thoughts on the Impact ratings are just about the same...I'll merge all of them when I have the time.

I see TNA beating WWE in ratings in Australia. I see sold out venues in England that are bigger than the arenas TNA barely fills in the U.S. One conclusion can be drawn here. Their are more true wrestling fans in these countries than here in the U.S. .9 is rediculous for a show as good as the June 12th show was. Somebody said when TNA does WWE style crap ( Sharkboy & Curryman Shtick was the example used) the ratings go up. That proves the fans in those other counties are smarter than our fans. They did not let Vince Mcmann reshape their idea of what a wrestling show should be. Do we even have more than 1 million true pro wrestling fans left in this country.

Tna seems to improve each week but Tna needs to find a better way at advertising so they can get a bigger fan base

    Default 6/19/08 TNA IMPACT Rating

    Source: Dave Scherer of pwinsider.com

The 6/19 edition of TNA Impact did a 1.03 cable rating

I think last weeks rating was a .92 or something like that so rating did go up and i can't wait to see next week's IMPACT.

The NBA finals are over and Lost is over, so its good to see the ratings go back up, hopefully they will build on it.

If you don't like TNA then don't post in the TNA section.

The June 26 edition of Impact did a 0.9 cable rating. Down from last weeks 1.03.
    PWInsider
Gotta say im suprised. I thought Impact was gonna start to climb in ratings again. And to once again drop under 0.95 ( my guess they got like 0.94 or something ), I just dont get it. Interested to see what things on the show that drew so poorly.
There was the NBA Draft but I have no idea how that can affect the ratings in any big way.
Hopefully it rebounds next week because its just sad to see.
