Please, before you post news look to see if that news has already been posted, we are having alot of trouble with mulitple posting of news and its creating alot of work for staff .. we have stickyed threads for things such as "Released Superstars' so all news of new releases goes in there etc

Maybe a way to help this is by posting single news items

eg: TNA Fights Breast Cancer, Spike Heavily Pushing Impact, Foley Praises TNA

That could be broken down into 3 news threads
