Default Would You Consider WWEs Roster Strong Or Weak Overall?

Overall, I think WWEs roster is really strong. My thoughts on the WWE Superstars:

    RAW:

Bret Hart - If Bret is used correctly, He could really be a big asset to the wrestlers on Raw (Not just Hart Dynasty) as he can share the wisdoms of live TV, wrestling, the fans and how to further yourself as a wrestler. Bret has been used apalling lately and considering WWE could use him in a much better role, his tenure in WWE has failed.
Chris Jericho - One of the major players when it comes to WWE RAW main eventers. It's unfortunate that Jericho could be leaving WWE soon & it's a major dissapointment that he's been dropped from the NOC PPV (In a way, it could be a good thing that means Jerichos resigned so they need a way to drop the storyline so he can return as a pissed off heel looking for gold. I hope Jericho remains with the company..
Daniel Bryan - Only good things can happen in the future for Daniel Bryan, I hoped. It's apparent that this stint in WWE is almost meaningless (Except for a potential US title reign) because I honestly don't see him joining the gathering in the main event scene. When it comes to his look and his appearance, He generally looks more like an indy wrestler than a WWE wrestler but his skills are far better than a normal WWE wrestler.
Darren Young - I actually had several ideas regarding his future like a possible stint in the SES. Those have gone down the drains, & I'm bored with him...
David Hart Smith - I was discussing this with several friends lately and they all agreed that this guy is boring. I really want him to suddenly gain a personality and some charisma. Surely, He isn't this boring in real-life and it may be that he is shy or he isn't being given enough chances to show off his promo ability.
David Otunga - This guy bores me. Except for his somewhat superior promos when compared to the rest of Nexus, He shows no superiority when compared with the rest of the Nexus wrestling in the ring. This guy can't wrestle.
Edge - I hope he gets a title shot soon as I truly think he deserves a shot at a title. Whether it be with Daniel Bryan once he wins the belt (I am certain he will) or if he travels to SD and challenges Taker, I truly want him back in the main event scene.
Evan Bourne - His recent opportunity at being in the main event failed so badly that I can't see him getting another chance. Since then, he's been relegated to the Superstar matches against Zack Ryder. He is in the same category as Daniel Bryan.
Ezekiel Jackson - Wasn't this guy on Smackdown? Meh. I had the perfect solution to the Taker saga. Zeke could have returned and revealed that he was the man who attacked Undertaker and placed him in a vegitative state.
Goldust - He's another guy that can further peoples talent. Nothing more.
The Great Khali - Useless, Untalented and absolutely rubbish.
Heath Slater - I hope WWE use him correctly. He could have big potential as a star in WWE..
Jey Uso - The Usos could be a really talented team but WWE have failed to use them correctly recently.
Jimmy Uso - Same as Jey.
John Cena - Cena is WWEs poster-boy and it won't change soon. Easily one of WWEs best superstars (Note how I said Superstars, not wrestler).
John Morrison - I want a heel turn. He could be good as a heel.
Justin Gabriel - My 2nd favourite member of the Nexus. He showed how awesome he is in his match against Cena on Raw.
Mark Henry - I dislike him. He's only produced a handfull of good matches in the past 10 years.
Michael Tarver - The second worst Nexus member. His wrestling is ok but his promo skills could need abig of help.
The Miz - THE MIZ IS AWESOME! My favourite WWE wrestler. He has it all - Wrestling skills, promos, charisma and talent. He truly is a great all-round talent. I hope WWE elevates him to the main event scene (It will be a matter of weeks) and then keep him there and actually make his title reign worth something (Unlike Swagger and Sheamus).
Primo - To be fair, WWE could do so much more with him.
R-Truth - I hate his gimmick. He needs to change gimmick really quickly.
Randy Orton - I love his gimmick. His ability in the ring is exactly the same as his promo and his gimmick - Fantastic.
Santino Marella - This guy is good in his comedy gimmick. He shouldn't be anything else.
Sheamus - One of my favourite wrestlers and I hope WWE can make him look like a major player. He may be the WWE Champ, But on RAW recently he has only had one segment (He hasn't wrestled in a few weeks). He should be constantly used on the show and in matches.
Ted Dibiase - DiBiase could be used so much better. It would be wrong for him not to have the millionaire gimmick, but he needs to be pushed.
Tyson Kidd - The talent of the Hart Dynasty imho.
Wade Barrett - It's clear that he is improving and with WWE pushing him, Only good things can happen.
William Regal - I want WWE to give him a decent US title reign.
Yoshi Tatsu - He could be used so much better. I want him to get a decent push (Perhaps move him to Smackdown). He does a superb job on Superstars.
Zack Ryder - Same as Yoshi. He needs a push badly. The recent "RYDER SUCKS" storyline has been utter piffle.

    Smackdown:

Alberto Del Rio - A true star and one of WWEs most promising young stars. I see big things from him in the future and hope he doesn't get one big run then is reduced to Superstars matches. His recent angle with Rey & Christian has been great and I can't wait for their fight.
Big Show - It's apparent that he is the new Andre The Giant. I like it.
Chavo Guerrero - He got a massive face pop on Superstars recently which shows he could be so much better. However, He is in the role he is and I don't see that changing for a long time.
Chris Masters - I love this guy. Perfect wrestling skills and his battles on Superstars (Against McIntyre, Swagger) have been fantastic. He produced quality matches EVERY week.
Christian - I'm looking forward to his match against Alberto. He is a solid wrestler and Smackdown needs him.
CM Punk - I want another title reign. I'm glad he has split from SES and now is a single wrestler. I doubt he will be a face ever again. I love his heel role as someone better than you.
Cody Rhodes - A perfect talent. He has a fantastic gimmick, perfect wrestling ability and amazing promo skills. I really like him - He is the future.
Curt Hawkins - The next best tag team. Seriously.
Dolph Ziggler - I am so glad he is the IC champ. He deserves the belt and I'm so glad he now has it. He is fantastic in the ring generally but I do wish he would stop the stupid gimmick moves (Like his head bashing off the steps).
Drew McIntyre - Love his chosen gimmick and think he should continue it. Shame he isn't doing much (Except for dominating a few wrestlers on SD) and I want a world title run from him.
Jack Swagger - A real shame that he isn't in the main event scene. I predict big things for him in the future and only hope he can get another title reign.
Kane - I love his recent storyline with Taker. I genuinely think he is doing a massively good job in his promos and his wrestling contests. It's a shame that alot of people aren't interested but I really think this is his best feud in ages and I honestly think he can produce more good matches.
Kofi Kingston - He is better as a heel. I would prefer him as a pissed off heel.
Luke Gallows - I have no idea where he goes from here.
Matt Hardy - I'm not interested at all. He can leave WWE & I wouldn't care.
MVP - I want a heel turn from MVP to be honest. He sucks as a face and I want another title reign from him. He was fantastic in 2006/2007 and I wish him to relive those years.
Rey Mysterio - I think it's quite obvious that he is past his prime now.
The Undertaker - He hasn't quite done much for ages so I can't really judge him from recent events. From what I saw from him around the WrestleMania time, it appeared as though the wrong man retired. I hope he can pull off a good match against Punk on SD & Kane at the NOC PPV.
Vance Archer - Involved in a fantastic team. That's all I want from him.

    Your Thoughts.

Overall WWE's roster is good not the greatest imp but good yes.. Its the people in control of the roster that suck. They don't know how to use anybody right.

The talent is good but they are not being used right in some ways. Some people need to be bigger but they aren't and some people are just plain rubbish. Vance Archer and Curt Hawkins being a tag team makes zero sense in my eyes and I don't see them doing anything at all. The Miz has a lot of talent but I don't know what they are going to do with him. He has the briefcase and he started out doing something big with it but it stopped in some sort of way. Bret Hart is useless right now he can't wrestle anymore and he should not be on TV in my eyes. He brings nothing to the show but a name. Most of the NXT rookies are good but David Otunga should not be around because he brings nothing to the table and he should just be sent back down but because he has a famous wife he stays around. Daniel Bryan is the future of the WWE and he needs to be pushed as it. His feud with The Miz has been good and it shows that they can build a show around those two guys. Also we don't know if Kingston is a better heel because he has never been on in my eyes. They could try it but right now it seems like they have sort of given up on him. Also they tried to push Ryder on ECW and it never really worked in my eyes and to push him on RAW would be utterly pointless.

Most of the roster, like all of the Divas, are really booked OR used right.

too weak except for the main eventers. hell, even the main event picture's got Sheamus and Swagger, so (->). the midcard so far the only good thing they have are some guys in Nexus, Dolph Ziggler is OK, but then a talented guy like Ron Killings gets stuck with an awful gimmick. worst of all, mediocre guys are under personalities that dont make them any favor (IE Zack Ryder, The Dudebusters).
firing a lot of guys who had that "it" factor like Kennedy, Umaga, Carlito, Burke, Cade, Dupree... was a big mistake

so in conclussion: outside the veterans and few younger guys like Punk, Christian, Barrett and a couple more of NXT guys, WWEs roster is fucking weak

Well when the WWE had Kennedy they pushed him to the moon right? What happened every time though? He got injured when that happens you kind of have to reevaluate what you want to do with him. You can't push a guy over and over again when you can't really trust him. Carlito was some what the same, they pushed him but then he wouldn't try or just give up. Why have a guy like that on your roster? Burke and Umaga never really caught on with the fans and it is somewhat hard when you try to push someone that the fans don't respond well with.

WWE's roster is decent but weakening all the time. They have lost a lot of big names in the last 5 years or so and they haven't done enough to build replacement talent. I know they're actively looking to build stars now but with guys like Kane, Undertaker, Rey, HHH, Edge and Jericho all in the twilight of their careers (I fully expect all of them to be gone in 2-3 years) they really need to have credible main eventers to be moving along with. Punk is there, Swagger is well on his way and people like Barrett, Del Rio, McIntyre etc have shown themselves to have great potential but I think more work is needed. The company needs at least 7-8 huge guys to anchor the main events of Raw and Smackdown and I don't know if they'll have that many in place when the current crop are gone.

Woah, Woah, Woah. You didn't just say Miz sucks, did you?

The Miz is clearly the best mid-card superstar in the WWE (possibly the best wrestler in WWE). His promo ability is better than anyone and his wrestling ability is the best. I have been a Miz fan since last year (When he won the IC belt, I really noticed it). He will become a world champion soon.

For workrate marks, I think the roster is the strongest it has been since 2002. Star power obviously isn't up to par, but PPV quality has been way up the last two years or so.

Awesome roster, but that glass ceiling keeps a lot of them down. Predictable booking and storylines are the problem with the WWE as always, to be fair, that's their strong point in keeping the core fans happy, so you can't blame them for sticking with something that works. Politics play a larger part in how wrestlers are used, much larger than talent.

Thanks to Blue Print for the awesome Sig.
