    Default Bound For Glory 2011

After watching the WWE book their main event for Wrestlemania next year, I began to wonder if TNA's product would improve if they booked their PPV's months in advance. I realise that injuries and certain legal matters may prohibited that, but if you could book this year's BFG, what would your card be like? Think of buy rates and entertainment purposes. Gen Me vs MCMG in the main event will not make money, so book wisely!

This is my card, a lot of it is just to get buy rates such as the 10 man match with the big names. I think Anderson vs Hogan could take Anderson to the next level, even though Hogan is dire in the ring. Matches like Wolfe vs Angle and the triple threat would be worth it for the smarks I reckon!

    World Title Match
    Desmond Wolfe vs Kurt Angle

    10 Man Tag Match
    Team Flair vs Team Sting
Ric Flair, Jeff Jarrett, Abyss, Magnus, Williams vs Sting, Scott Steiner, RVD, Mick Foley, Matt Morgan

    Grudge Match
    Mr Anderson vs Hulk Hogan

    TNA Knockouts Title
Madison Rayne vs Tara vs Mickie James vs Sarita

Triple Treat For Number One Contendership
AJ Styles vs Christopher Daniels vs Samoa Joe 3

Full Metal Mayhem For Tag Titles
The Hardy's vs Beer Money vs MCMG vs Mexican America

    TV Title
    The Pope vs Crimson

TNA Knockouts Tag Titles, Bring Your Own Freak Match
Winter and Angelina Love vs Daffney and Velvet Sky

    Ultimate X For X-Division Title
Kazarian vs Amazing Red vs Jay Lethal vs Jerry Lynn

Joe vs. Daniels vs. AJ again? talk about hogging the spot, it's no different than Sting, RVD or Hogan... while 2 of them are still young, all of them had their glory days, but nobody seems to say anything
why not promoting Kaz from the Xdiv and make a Kaz vs. Morgan vs. The Pope? all of them are still in line for their glory moments

THE MAN! THE MYTH! THE LEGEND!

    ALL TIME FAVORITES:
Stone Cold, DDP, Goldberg, Macho Man, The Rock, Eddie Guerrero, Booker T, "Hollywood" Hogan, Raven, Kevin Nash
    CURRENTLY MARKING FOR:
Mr Anderson, Jeff Hardy, James Storm, Brock Lesnar, Austin Aries, MCMG, Kurt Angle, Chris Jericho, Kevin Steen, The Briscoes

the only competition Wrestling needs is the one beetween the Wrestlers, not the companies... if WWE, TNA and ROH could just stop taking shots on each other and fully focus on the growth of their products, that would make a lot of people happy

Because it's Bound For Glory not Destination X

Your show is overbook with many of your matches not having anytime to build. What you are doing is exactly what TNA is doing. Just overbooking shows with no build. TNA has great talent who can work a storyline. Every guy on the TNA roster could be put on the TNA roster and run with what they are given. TNA has amazing talent. Great players with horrible coaches with horrible playbook.

I think you're missing my point. I would aim to build these matches starting from now. The TV title match for example wouldn't need more than a month. I'm not saying this is my ideal card for a PPV, but you have to think of buyrates. The casual fan see names like Hogan, Flair, Sting, Angle, Hardy and the diehards would see matches like the triple threat and world title match and that alone could make them spend the money. I was also hoping others could put down their cards...

your booking desmond wolfe in the main event despite the fact that he isnt even on TV because of medical issues, how do you get kurt angle into the main event picture, defeat sting, rvd, anderson and morgan in 6 months convincingly to enable desmond wolfe to return to the biggest TNA match of the year, it'd be booking suicide... especially considering wolfe hasnt even won a title in TNA, even Bully Ray or Matt Hardy would make more sense right now

your idea however is spot on, long term booking is needed and I see the RVD/Anderson/Sting as a problem rather then good value, Anderson is just not even needed around the main event, he is in serious need of a good feud to make him seem credible as a challenger again, he has had so many chances now and is still whining about not getting a shot, he needs to move down a rung and take on morgan, angle or jarrett to re-elevate his character

You're probably right about Wolfe when I think about it. I just think getting the rub of Angle of the biggest event of the year could elevate a wrestler into a star. You're right tough, Wolfe probably isn't the best choice, but you can't deny what a match it would be!
