Man that looks so good i almost busted a nut.

    I only counted 4 repeats.

LIger vs Pillman - Pillmans dvd
Hogan vs Luger - Hogans rare collection
Hogan vs Goldberg - Monday Night Wars
Lance Storm vs Booker T - Rise and Fall of WCW

    Anyone see any others?

I guess WWE has been listening. This set looks incredible and i can't wait to get it.

Is this the absolute best of Monday Nitro?

Not in my view, but it is a very very good collection!

Some great matches and segments have been included, but, like all WWE DVDs there is some stuff there that just really didnt need to be included!

To say again though, it does look a great collection, and I really can't wait to buy this one!

I only hope that isn't the one and only Nitro DVD we will ever get!

As we’ve been reporting WWE plans to release a Randy Orton DVD this year, which is currently scheduled for release in September.

Orton himself has now confirmed it to be going ahead. Here’s what he had to say on his Twitter account regarding the upcoming release:

My DVD comes out later this year. September as of now. I’ll be posting a link to a ‘teaser’ soon

My DVD will be diff then Cenas. I talk about the good AND bad and my family. Sam did an interview, and Alanna is on it.

Though the title appeared to have changed recently, he has made reference on Twitter to the originally planned name The Randy Orton Experience. That would make some sense since he has revealed Samantha (his wife) and Alanna (his daughter) are included in the feature.

WWE plans to release the feature on DVD and Blu-ray, scheduled for September 6th right now. More on it soon.

The Wrestlemania 27 DVD and Blu-Ray release next month will feature a series of classic Wrestlemania moments that were originally planned to be included in the PPV broadcast but were later dropped.

The DVD will also feature the complete PPV and Hall of Fame ceremony, along with matches from those being honored in the Hall.

The Blu-Ray will feature all of the above as well as the Wrestlemania week episodes of Monday Night Raw and Smackdown.

    Default PPV DVDs

I am looking to buy a few WWE wrestling DVDs sometime soon. But Pay Per Views, not documentaries and whatnot. So I thought I'd make it into a discussion to get some suggestions.

So what are you favorite WWF/E Pay Per Views of all time?
Also give a reason for why you choose a pay per view.

also here is what i have, so dont bother suggesting them:
    - wrestlemanias
    - summerslams
    - 2001 pay per views
    - 2002 pay per views

ya that was a good show. its on my list now

also, i am going to go for the great american bash 2008. not the best ppv ever, but i really want it due to the intense progression of jericho/hbk at this event. and also, i think its the first and only time hhh and edge had a high profile 1 vs. 1 match

Backlash, Extreme Rules and Summerslam 2009.

"We’re fighting because Anderson doesn’t want to fight me. Anderson trained with Munoz, he got destroyed by Munoz, he doesn’t want to fight Mark. Ed Soares, Anderson’s manager, worked diligently behind the scenes to make Mark and I fight each other. So I don’t have a big problem fighting Mark. my resentment is that Anderson got his way.”

I'll come back to this later when I have more time but that wasn't just one of the best PPV's of all time but they heavily loaded up that DVD too with the Hogan/Cena/HBK vs. Christian/Jericho/Tomko six man tag, the press conference, and all the backstage extras. One of the best PPV DVD's they've ever put out.

According to Silvervision, the regular 3 disc DVD set will include the "Legendary Moments" DVD that WWE quietly released back when Cena's movie came out

We can now confirm the new Rey Mysterio DVD that WWE had planned is indeed going ahead, and it will be released on July 19th to North America.

The full title has not yet been decided but it will be a 3-Disc DVD set, with catalog “WWE94966″ and UPC code 651191949663.

Greatest Stars of the New Millenium is also now confirmed for release, and we can reveal that this will be released on both 3-Disc DVD and 2-Disc Blu-ray on July 26th.

Both titles are soon to be listed on retail sources, ready to order.

Before those two, WWE’s cage match themed 3-Disc DVD will hit stores on June 28th. It’s official title is to be The Greatest Cage Matches of All Time. This is billed as having unedited action from AWA, WCCW, Smokey Mountain, WCW, WWE and more.

It looks like the Blu-ray/DVD combo packs for WWE pay-per-views have stopped for now. Extreme Rules, Over The Limit and Fatal Four Way are all scheduled as standard Blu-ray editions in North America. No sign of the PPV name “Capitol Punishment” yet.

all of these are taken into consideration except summerslam 2009 and elimination chamber 2011. summerslam 09 is a huge disappointment in my eyes, except for the main event. thanks nonetheless though for ALL suggestions
