Character you have created: Lieutenant Melissa Craig, Officer of the Sleeping Forest Initiative in the Eye of Fate Division.
Alias: Agent Smithy
Speech Color: Name in Cornsilk, Speech in CadetBlue
Character Alignment: Whatever the SFI needs her to be.
Identity: Government Protected
Character Personality: Stoic with a bit of a cynical sense of humor. Very little surprises her.
Uniform/Costume:
Origin Info/Details: Born in Chicago, Illinois to a middle class family, she showed a talent for origami at a very early age. As a toddler she startled her mother, who walked into her bedroom as she was flying an origami bird around it just by waving her hands at it. After giving a preschool bully a near fatal paper cut, it was decided that Melissa should be home schooled, and not let out of the house without supervision. Despite the precautions, the United States government caught wind of her unusual talent and suggested very strongly to her parents that she would be better off as a ward of the state. That was when Johnathan Cross, the new leader of the Sleeping Forest Initiative stepped in and convinced everyone to let him enroll her in West Point and for him to watch over her development himself. She was found to be an incredibly quick learner, and not only graduated early, but also qualified for the Green Beret. Ultimately she became a loyal officer under her mentor, and soon became his lieutenant, joining him at the Legacy City headquarters. Johnathan gave her the nickname “Smithy” as she could happily spend days in the Smithsonian museum campus
Hero Type: Psychic/Mystic (Ability to control paper) Normal/Techno-Artillery (As a trained Green Beret)
Power Level: Borderline City/World Level
Powers: Melissa is able to control all paper within a 360 degree radius as far as her line of vision, making it into whatever inanimate object she wishes, and can make it from razor thinness to 10 times it’s original density. She can make working objects such as guns and even airplanes, but only if she has enough paper. She also has a photographic memory for anything written on paper, and can memorize it with only a glance. She is also a highly trained Green Beret and has the martial ability to reflect that.
Attributes:
Strength Level: 4
Speed/Reaction Timing: 7
Endurance at Maximum Effort: 7
Agility: 7
Intelligence: 9
Fighting Skill: Mastered
Resources: Large (Backed by the U.S. Government, but is a subordinate.)
Weaknesses: Normal human vulnerabilities, also her powers are completely negated by fire.
Supporting Characters: Occasionally Agent Amira
Sample Post:
It is a dark night, lit only by the occasional lamppost. The streets are littered with garbage and it is not a place most people would want to find themselves in at night. A lone brunette that dares walk the streets however seems completely unfazed, but under her casual exterior she is incredibly alert, aware of everything around her as she goes to her next assignment. Although nothing but the wind driven litter seems to be moving, something makes her stop in her tracks. She glances slightly over her shoulder, almost seeming to smirk slightly.
Melissa: Your tracking skills are horrible. I was aware of you the entire time you were following me.
A tall, thin man emerges from the shadows, pointing a gun.
Thug: Were you aware of this, bitch?
Melissa doesn’t move.
Melissa: I was, actually.
The man walks quickly toward her.
Thug: Let’s make this easy then. Give me your purse and I might let that sweet ******* of yours get away.
Melissa: Tempting, but no.
Thug: I’m warning you bitch. Give me the purse, or I shoot you and take it.
She shrugs, still not turning.
Melissa: I would highly advise against that.
Her reactions infuriate the thug, but right as he is about to pull the trigger, Melissa flicks her fingers upwards, and every burger wrapper, cigarette butt, and newspaper nearby flies up to cover the thug’s face. He stumbles backwards, dropping the gun. Only then does Melissa turn. The papers drop, binding the thug’s wrists, and no matter how hard he tries he cannot break out of them. He stares, horrified, at his captor.
Thug: What the fuck are you?
Melissa: Someone you really shouldn’t have messed with. Now....
Before she can continue, the thug turns tail and runs. Melissa just rolls her eyes and sends small pieces of paper in the direction of the thug which form into a bar in his path, tripping him. This paper binds his feet.
Melissa: Oh, it’s too late for you to leave now.
She pulls a cell phone out of her purse.
Melissa: I would like to report an attempted robbery.....
Character Alignment: Heroic... (at least his intentions... wouldn’t say toeing the line at all cause he’s fallen off that lines, to both sides.)
Identity: Unknown
Character Personality: Fancies himself a hero, but has the personality of a deranged villain. Driven to the end, he will do whatever it takes to stop the villain he’s after, but at (and usually) at the cost negating any good he does at the cost of innocent lives, going far beyond what is needed to stop the villains, even cause great evil to achieve his benevolent ends. Neuro is not the type of hero that usually goes out looking for people to save or stop thieves from robbing banks, he’s more of a villain hunter. His goal is to eliminate the worst of the scum of Legacy City, again, at the cost of innocent lives usually. Neuro is the public face for keeping superheros and vigilantism out of the city.
Origin Info/Details: It is completely unknown how “Neuro” got his powers, or even came to be, or even begin to describe his powers. Neuro has a limited control over some sort of unknown energy. He has developed complete control over basic function he likes to refer to as “N-Spheres.” N-Spheres are basically spheres of energy he can use for a multitude of things like small projectiles or using a larger one to travel with (similar to Goku’s Nimbus Cloud). Neuro has also done various other feats with this unknown energy, but has no such control over what this energy is capable of.
Aside for his namesake, Neuro suffers from complete neuropathy (loss of sensation in nerve endings). Which itself is either caused by his powers, or receiving his powers.
Hero Type (Select one): Energy (Unknown)
Power Level: City Level
Powers: Control over a mysterious, unknown energy.
Major Powers: T-Spheres (Spheres of Energy that can be used for various purposes.), Neuropathy
Major T-Sphere Abilities: (Mastered): Projectiles, travel
Minor T-Sphere Abilities (Has done before, but isn’t apart of his usual repertoire):
Shape-forming (Can create basic shape out of the spheres (mainly some sort of weapon like a sword or a bat), teleportation (has only been done a few times thus far, out of instinct, when he’s overpowered or about to die), again, many things are possible with these spheres as their size, mass, density, even shape can be changed.
Attributes (Select one at each category):
Strength Level: 3
Speed/Reaction Timing Level: 8
Endurance at MAXIMUM Effort: 9
Agility: 6
Intelligence: 7
Fighting Skill: Untrained
Resources: Average
Weaknesses:
--- High pitched sounds can effect the integrity of the T-Spheres and his concentration/well-being substantually more than the average human.
--- Superbabes. While Neuro is far from awkward around women, he has quite the fetish for seeing women dressed up as superheroes and kicking ass.
Supporting Characters: Maxx Hendrix (Aspiring DA looking to “clean” up the city, but advocates conventional means. Has a just as deep disdain for superheros as he does for villains.)
---------------------------------------------
Amid the bright sun shining down on the corrupt, but visibly fair Legacy City, the citizens attending Maxx Hendrix’s political rally lend their eyes and ears to the Sheppard of Legacy, as he continues on with his campaign speech amid cheering supporters and rolling cameras.
Maxx Hendrix: Time... and time again. I have said, and will repeat once again today. A new age is coming. The superhero is making its return... And while some of you think that may be a good idea. It just isn’t the way. Superheroes doing battle with this cities crime and corruption, whether these villains themselves may be powered, or not, can only spell... but pain and misery for each and every one of us.
---------
Two nights before. In the dark of night in the darkest slums of Legacy City, Neuro, with his long, purple cape wafting in the breeze as flies above the decaying building tops, on top of his t-sphere. His face, stone cold, underneath his domed, executioner-like helmet, shows not a tinge of excitement, or even happiness, but the cold, bitter truth of what he does night after night. Night after night, he believes... he knows he’s doing the right thing, but ultimately... night after night, he continues to pave his road to hell.
---------
Maxx Hendrix: No matter what good... these heroes think they do. You guys already know the expression, so it doesn’t bear repeating....... BUT!!!!... if we continue to let these heroes continue down their path, this city will be a far worser hell than we already believe it to be.
Hendrix reaches for something underneath the podium.
Maxx Hendrix: Now I know accidents happen... no police man or firefighter can save everybody... and I know these guys make mistakes... but it comes to a point of trying to save people... and trying to kill evil. Like this man!
Hendrix pulls out an issue of the Legacy Star Journal from the day before, emblazoned in black and white is the shocking headline. ---HERO ATTACKS GANG, KILLS EIGHT---
Maxx Hendrix: This... Legacy City... is disgraceful!
---------
Two nights before. Neuro hovers next to a small apartment complex in this seedy area. Notorious for gang activity, murder, and every other notorious act and offense known to man, this small building’s glass shimmers in the dull night as Neuro’s arms stretch out to his sides and creates many, many tiny T-Spheres. Neuro’s face still cold as the Spheres slowly form and take shape. In a sudden movement, he pushes his arms forward and the T-spheres take off, at immense speed towards the apartment building. The dead, quite neighborhood comes alive suddenly with screams of pain and agony as the T-spheres tear through the building’s various levels. Without so much as a emote of pain, sadness, grief or emotion... Neuro looks on as the T-Spheres level the once dangerous gang.
Maxx Hendrix: A Hero... attacking... killing innocent people for justice... to wipe out the Tenth Street Angels, but in doing so... killed eight innocent people! Is there a cry for these people... from this Neuro... He’s an animal... no better than a wolf... or a snake... or anything of the sort. And this is just one small clipping for this, and other supposed heroes in this area. Fighting injustice, at the cost of the people their fighting for justice, for. Just one small blood drop in a cesspool of the modern day hero. And it is with that!... I implore you. We need to clean up our city!!! BUT!!! Superheroes AREN’T THE ANSWER!!! Thank You.
To throngs of cheering people, Hendrix waves off his support and exits from the rally stage.
END
Their solemn songs sang me to sleep as my body escaped me.

Alias: (in costume)Robin
(Out of costume) she uses several aliases, namely Tina Grey and Betty Jansen.
Speech Color (Actually say what you're using, don't go "Like this", or what not): Name in red; Text in pink
Character Alignment: Walking the Line
Identity: Secret
Character Personality (Give information on how your character acts, what he/she believes in, how they handle situations): Robin is mercenary; a highly trained assassin. While an expert marksman in her own right, her ability to control the trajectory of any projectile (arrows, bullets, etc) with her mind makes her all the more deadly. She is a patient studier of her targets and plans each hit with precise calculation. Make no mistake though; this is her job. Her services go to whoever pays best. She has a dry wit and sense of humor that quite often borders in the realm of macabre and twisted. Frequently she is found to be conversing with herself, often in the form of an argument. Part of the reason for this is likely because her life’s path has (in her eyes) determined that she live with the least number of people possible in her life.
She has her own moral code, namely that she doesn't take jobs where the targets are children or mothers.
Uniform/costume: Robin uses three versions of costume. The first two are variations of a red and white combination. The third is a mostly charcoal with red trim. The third is mostly for nighttime assassination contracts. The eye patch is a functional tool allowing her to have her eye pre-adjusted to the darkness well before needing to make a shot. In times where she needs to get a bit closer to her target, Robin may use civilian clothing of various sorts.
Origin Info/Details: Robin was an orphan for most of her childhood, spending most of her time in various foster homes around Canada. After a series of failed foster homes she was taken in by a couple named Richard and Gloria Scmidt, living in northern British Columbia. Richard, who himself had been a contract killer and friend of Ambers biological parents, put it upon himself to train the young girl in hand to hand combat and falconry, as well as honing her skills and powers. He was the one to reveal her past and how she got her powers. Richard became not only a father figure but a mentor to the young girl up until his tragic death.
Recognizing the feeding ground for people like her, Robin made flight to Legacy City to do what she does best, make a killing by killing.
Hero Type (Select one): Psychic
Power Level (Select one below): With the right weaponry (e.g a high powered sniper rifle) at World level. Generally she is at a high City level.
Powers (Be Specific): Trajectory manipulation: Robin can psychically manipulate any projectile as long as she has contact with it either directly or via a weapon. This allows her to have as much or as little arterial spray as she wants, even causing high powered weapons to have no exit wound.
Recently she has been constantly trying to see if these powers go beyond inanimate objects and if they can be used in some degree with Sasha, her falcon.
Attributes (Select one at each category):
Strength Level: 5
Speed/Reaction Timing Level: 8
Endurance at MAXIMUM Effort: 7
Agility: 8
Intelligence: 8
Fighting Skill: Trained/Mastered She is highly trained in Wing Chun and Krav Maga.
Resources: Average (but growing) Robin has a fairly average amount of resources at her disposal; or rather knows how to get them. One example is her training to hand make arrows for her crossbow. Many of her best ammo is hand-made by her. She keeps medical kits, weapons, and other resources hidden in various locals around Legacy City; mainly somewhere on rooftops.
Weaknesses: Robin at times feels sympathetic towards her targets. She is prone at times to fits of depression, loneliness, and sometimes anger. This can affect how a job goes. She often doesn't trust people, especially clients.
Supporting Characters (Does your character have a significant other? A mother? Friend? Who are they, what do they have to do with your character?):
Sasha
Sasha is Robin’s peregrine falcon. She is trained to scout for Robin. She also calls out if Robin is in a potentially dangerous area, and on occasion is sent to fetch evidence such as the wallet of a target or an arrow from the forehead of one of Robin’s victims.
Robin feels there is at times a psychic connection between her and Sasha, much like she has when using her trajectory manipulation power, but the accuracy of this is currently unknown.
Mary Grouce
Mary is a friendly widow that lives in the same apartment complex as Robin (not knowing her as Robin but rather as Amber). Mary believes Amber is a well-meaning college student trying to get by and so frequently offers her meals and company.
Although hesitant at times to get close to anybody, Robin often finds it difficult to say no to the warm human interaction.
Please post a picture of what your character resembles (Dual identity characters post a pic of your hero/villain and his alter ego as well)
Sample Post (Minimum Four paragraphs containing dialogue):
Midnight in Liberty City is anything but quaint. The sounds of sirens, fights, gunshots; all seemed so common that nobody batted an eye. Especially not Robin as she perched herself on the roof of the BarretTech highrise and looked into her scope.
Robin: “God he’s cute…”
The “he” she was referring to was one James Wilson, age 32. Mr. Wilson was a high profile investor. He also owed Robin’s client a huge debt. One that he was about to pay.
She starts to squeeze the trigger then stops. She watches as he lights candles and pours not one but two glasses of red wine. This puzzles Robin at first. James Wilson is single, recently divorced.
Moments later he walks to the door greeting a woman, 18 Robin guesses. Guesses and hopes. She can hardly tell with the makeup. The door closes and it becomes clear this is not James Wilson’s new girlfriend as he pulls out a rather good sized wad of cash and gives it to the girl. They talk for a bit and the girl walks out of view. Robin catches sight of her walking into the bathroom then turns her attention back to her target just in time to see him drop the contents of a small vial into one of the glasses of wine. He takes the two glasses into the bedroom and moments later the girl joins him. They talk some more before she takes off her coat to reveal the lingerie underneath.
Robin: “Shame, any other day and I would say that doesn’t look whorish…”
Robin sighs as James offers the girl a drink and she accepts, drinking a third of the glass before lying down on the bed. The chiseled abs of her target makes Robin fall prey to desire again for a slight moment. That is until she realizes that the girl, now underneath Mr. Wilson is passed out from the drugged drink. Robin sneers in disgust.
Robin: “Sick fu-“
The trigger is squeezed and a moment later James Wilsons body goes stiff and his face contorts. Not due to the sick pleasure he is getting from what he is doing to the call-girl. Rather, it was because of the .30 calibre military cartridge that had entered his lower back and is now painfully and un-naturally carving a path of destruction through his insides. Robin concentrates as the bullet moves for her, up towards his heart. James Wilson coughs up dark blood and his lifeless body falls off the bed. The girl lies there still unconscious. In about three hours she will wake up and find James Wilson dead and her stomach and chest covered in his blood.
Robin lowers the scope and sighs.
Robin: “’did you a favor love. Maybe that will scare you enough to get out of that profession. Out of this city if you are smart enough…”
She pulls out a phone and texts… “JOBS DONE.”

Speech Color: "<-- Blue .. text is BLACK for Plasma
For Andrew Whiteman it is light blue.
Character Alignment: Villain
Identity: Secret
Character Personality: Plasma is a dangerous character when in it's Plasmetic form. He can grow to various heights and widths, and isn't that charming to look at or bump into walking down a dark alley. He is vile and sadistic and very strong. In human form he is smart though. The man that controls him goes by the name Andrew Whiteman. He is a smart man, makes tons of money, but nobody has suspected that the black creature roaming the streets of New York city was actually Andrew.
Uniform/costume:
Origin Info/Details:
As a child, Andrew Whiteman was raised as a Roman Catholic in New Jersey. His father was cold and unloving towards him because he blamed Andrew for his wife's death during childbirth. Andrew constantly attempted to obtain his father's approval, though even after excelling in school, he only received half-hearted encouragements. Though exceptional in athletics, Whiteman switched his major in college to journalism after reading an article on the Freeman scandal. Upon graduating, he moved to New York City and as a member of the Associated Press, he obtained a job as a journalist for the Daily New-Yorker. He proved himself to be highly talented, though even this did not get his father's approval. He eventually married Jenna Flemming who was attracted by his wit and docility.
From Success to Failure
Andrew had been a successful columnist for the newly revived Daily New-Yorker until he began writing a series of articles about the "Sin Murders" While protecting the "murderer’s" identity under the First Amendment, Andrew wrote a series of stories in the Yorker detailing his dialogue with the supposed killer, until mounting pressure from the authorities forced him to write an exclusive revealing the murderer's name. Although that edition of the paper sold out immediately, Spider-Man soon revealed the true identity of the Sin-Eater to be Detective Stan Carter (the man Brock had been interviewing was actually a compulsive confessor), making Andrew a laughing stock among his fellow journalists. Fired from the Daily New-Yorker, he was forced to write venomous drivel for scandal newspapers. Andrew's wife left him, his father disowned him and his future appeared to be over. Andrew blamed all of these problems on himself. Soon after, Andrew began an intense physical workout program hoping to reduce the stress his life had become. However, such physical exertions only increased his violent obsession with others around him. Although his body had been honed to near-perfection, Andrew’s mind was reduced to an all-consuming vessel of hatred.
Birth of Plasma
Some time after Andrew's life took these drastic changes, Royce Gone brought the alien symbiote to the tower at Our Lady of Saints Church gambling the intense sound of its bells would destroy it. The costume succumbed to the bells and it crawled away from Royce. The symbiote, weak and dying, slithered down into the church where Andrew Whiteman knelt in prayer at the altar. Raised a Catholic, he begged forgiveness for the suicide he was contemplating.
It was the fierce hate emanating from Andrew that attracted the empathic parasite. In order to survive, the alien costume had to feed off the nearest and greatest source of emotion. The symbiote joined mentally and physically with Andrew, whose emotions overwhelmed the already confused alien. The dominant thought on both their minds was that of Royce. But Andrew's sheer hatred for the crime fighter twisted the symbiote’s feelings to a similar extent. In effect, Andrew's emotions drove the symbiote insane, just as their bonding may have driven Andrew over the edge. He soon discovered that the costume gave him all the powers of a super-human, and more. It also added bulk to his already large frame and increased his strength to superhuman levels. Calling himself "Plasma," Andrew directed the costume to sprout a hideous grin and plotted his revenge. Through the costume, Plasma learned a great deal about Royce, including his secret identity.
Hero Type :
As Andrew Whiteman (Human form)
Super-Genius (Super-smart characters)
As Plasma (Non-human form)
Techno-Artillery (Robots, cyborgs and mechs/powersuits)
Shape Shifter
Power Level :
During Human form
1. Human Level (Lois Lane, Aunt May Parker)
During Plasma form
4. World Level (Ex. Flash, Superman)
*God Level characters are typically prohibited as one character like this could have a big impact during a seasons storyline and therefore must be approved by Game Masters before application via PM to see if they can be worked into this seasons current storyline)
Powers/ Abilities (Be Specific): Though it requires a living host in order to survive, the Plasma Symbiote has been shown to be adapt at fending for itself independent of a host. The Symbiote is capable of shapeshifting abilities, including the ability to form spikes or expand its size, as well as mimic the appearance of other humanoids after it has obtained a host. The organism can additionally use its shape-shifting abilities to conceal itself by altering its coloration or by becoming completely invisible. It also contains a small "dimensional aperture," allowing its hosts to carry items without adding mass to the costume. The Symbiote also exhibits telepathic abilities, primarily when it needs to communicate with its host. Because of its contact with other heroes, the Symbiote grants all of its subsequent hosts that hero's powers and cannot be detected by his plasma-sense. The Plasma Symbiote considerably enhances the strength of whoever has bonded with it, dependent on the bond of the relationship it has with its wearer. This allows its wearer to move at superhuman speeds and lift substantial amounts of weight, in addition to granting its host increased dexterity and agility. Plasma is also capable of producing a limitless supply of webbing similar to a spider. Plasma exhibits some immunities to the supernatural powers of others such as the Penance Stare or extrasensory plasma-sense. Some incarnations of the Plasma Symbiote have shown it able to replicate itself. When Plasma recreates his own Symbiote to combat his loneliness. The Plasma Symbiote is vulnerable to fire and sonic waves, causing it great pain and exhaustion if it sustains enough exposure. It can sense and track all of its offspring symbiotes except which learned how to block this ability shortly after.
Current Powers (Toxin)
Black Symbiotic Costume: Plasma possesses the "unique" special abilities of his two symbiote predecessors. He can stick to walls, can change his identity to that of a completely different person and also has unlimited webbing, which takes on a shape of a steel chain in his case. Plasma can also blend in with its surroundings and become undetectably camouflaged, and he can form solid weapons from his limbs like his father. He also seems to have some sort of quick-healing ability like his predecessors, as his wounds from his first battle with Razor Fist healed instantly. Unlike the others, Plasma can track anyone, not just other symbiotes, as long as he has something to begin from, within the entire city of New York and possibly further. In addition, he seems to have a much stronger resistance to sonics and intense heat compared to others. When he's not angry or fighting, Plasma is slim and smooth-lined, although still well muscled. When he becomes upset or aggressive, he grows into his much bigger form and he gets even stronger, with vicious fangs and long curving claws.
Superhuman Strength: He possesses vast superhuman strength, and is stronger than most villains combined. Depending on how angry or upset he gets, he grows to a much larger size, with large claws and vicious fangs
Superhuman Speed: He can move or run at speeds greater than any normal human being.
Superhuman Stamina: He can exert himself for at least 48 hours until fatigue impairs him.
Superhuman Agility: His agility is superior to any normal human being.
Superhuman Reflexes: His reflexes are superior to any normal human being.
Superhuman Durability: He is much more resistant to injury than most villains, but still has the traditional symbiotes weaknesses but to a very minor degree. The tissue the symbiote is composed of renders Andrew's body much harder and much more resistant to physical injury than the body of an ordinary human. Andrew can withstand high caliber bullets, great impact forces, powerful energy blasts, and falls from great heights without sustaining physical injury. He is durable enough that he can withstand multiple barrages of high caliber weapons such as machine guns from close range completely unperturbed, can withstand blows from superhuman beings unharmed. He also possesses an extreme resistance to pain, and seems to feel it only to a certain extent
Genetic Memory: The symbiote possesses some limited psychic ability, making it capable of obtaining information from its hosts and even other people and symbiotes simply by touch. It can, however, be forced to forget information if the symbiote is inflicted with heavy trauma.
GFX (Plasma-Sense): Brock is also granted an extrasensory ability similar to Spider-Man’s spider-sense. This response is not as complicated as Spider-Man’s inherent sense since the alien costume can detect danger from every direction and conduct Brock in plenty of time. It's a lot more efficient than Spider-Man’s spider-sense because it takes less time to sense the danger, and Brock’s reflexes are faster than Spider-Man’s, because they are enhanced by the alien costume for instance Toxin can dodge a gunshot or a barrage of bullets.
Immunity to other Senses: With this ability he is able to sneak up without people knowing, it's rare that you do notice him though.
Constituent-Matter Generation: Plasma can also use the same substance comprising the symbiote in the form of constituent black matter or he can generate tentacle-like appendages from various parts of his body, which he often uses either in combat situations or to restrain someone.
Constituent-Matter Manipulation: Plasma can manipulate his matter to enlarge or stretch his body in order to augment his attacks. He can morph sections of his body, such as his hands or feet, into spikes, blades, axes or a shield.
Accelerated Healing Factor: He is capable of healing injuries in the host at a faster rate than normal human healing allows. The symbiote is even capable of healing injuries and illness that current human medical care cannot such as cancer.
Camouflage Capabilities: The symbiote is capable of mimicking the appearance of any form of clothing, camouflaging with its surroundings, and even mimicking other people.
Wall Crawling: Much like Spiders, Plasma has the ability to cling to virtually any surface. He can rapidly crawl, walk, or run across even slick/wet surfaces.
Webbing Generation: Plasma can project a powerful, organic web-like substance similar to the webbing Spiders have. He typically uses this webbing to swing from building to building or as a means of immobilizing someone. The webbing is incredibly strong.
Stretching and deforming: Although it's wide known that the Symbiote can stretch and deform itself, recently it was able to perform this ability during bonded with a human host.
Poisonous Fangs: An ability developed by Andrew Whiteman when he bonded with the symbiote. Plasma's fangs not only intimidate foes but deliver a powerful, toxic bite.
Mental Instability: Andrew has been repeatedly shown relapsing into his unstable "lethal protector" mindset. Recently as Plasma he's seemingly reverted back to this persona, killing criminals just as offhandedly as before despite the obvious option of curing them of their drug addictions and actually helping them with his powers.
Sonic and Heat: As Plasma, Sonic and Thermal attacks but to a much lesser degree compared to the other symbiotes.

Sirens wail out in the air and people scream.. well.. the ones that are still awake. The sky is pitch black, and it is 11:07 pm in New York city. The figure comes closer.. even closer. Lights dim on poles and car sirens go off as thumping as the figure lands from building to building increases with every leap. Finally he reaches the camera and let's out a roar that can be heard miles away. It's vicious fangs bludge out and it's evil and blank eyes start into the camera as it spits out any debris inside its mouth. It tilts it's head and rips the camera out of the hidges and to the ground below it.
7:46 AM -- Legacy City
It is morning now and Andrew scratches his head as he raises himself out of bed. He looks out the window, he is in a hotel.. why? He squints and closes the shutters blocking out the early morning light outside of the Grand Hotel. He walks over to the mirror in the washroom and looks at himself and says to himself quietly.
"Who Am I..? Where am I..?"
He looks to the right where a brochure of Legacy City sits on the toilet. He picks it up and smirks at it and nods his head.. "Right..." he thinks to himself. He walks out of the bathroom after taking a shower and heads outside and locks the door behind him. As he enters the lobby a man with a handlebar mustache approaches and shades and a nice suit walks with him.
"Henry, wonderful morning.. how was your sleep my friend?"
"Same old .. same old. Thanks, yourself?"
"It was quite pleasant actually, except when I woke up.. I don't remember arriving here."
"Sir.. when you transform.. you lose memory of everything that has occured remember?"
"No.. no I don't remember."
He chuckles lightly at the joke and they head out to a limo that is waiting outside
Andrew looks towards Henry
"We going to explore the land of Legacy City Henry?"
"Oh heavans no sir.. we are going to meet the mayor.. as you know about our little plan.."
Henry looks towards Andrew with a disappointed grin then chuckles
"Oh right.. memory loss. Well I'll tell you all about it. A new city.. a new villain.. Legacy City.. welcomes US!"
They pass by a sign and the camera zooms out to the sun and the limo driving into the distance. It focuses on the sign more though.. welcome to Legacy City.
And can't wait Shake, would love it if you were a part of this

Character you have created: The Inquisitor
Alias: none, some who know what he is refer to him as ''Time Lord''
Speech Color : Light Blue and Bold Name, light blue dialogue, and Dark Blue for the word TARDIS.
Character Alignment: Hero
Identity: Nobody knows his real name as he is from another planet, and has always been known as The Inquisitor.
Character Personality
My character is from another planet, known as Gallifrey, so acts quite weird to the city's going ons, he always has his sonic screwdriver around with him and constantly using it upon objects and analysing everything with it. He believes in peace, and never uses guns or weapons, infact. He tries to take the good approach and show his good nature to everyone, never trying to lose control. And always trying to make a plan. He will always try to ensure that everyone lives and the best possible solution happens. He reacts to situations like anybody but is calm, he calms himself down in order to think.
Uniform/costume: He has many different incarnations but this is his current:
Inside the Tardis with his assistant, Symphony Ocean. A Scottish human.
The TARDIS Exterior
Origin Info/Details: He comes from a planet called Gallifrey but it was lost in the War of Time between the Dalaks and his race, The Time Lords. Both species are extinct or so he thinks. He is the last remaining Time Lord. He will only reveal his real name at one time in the Universe, and it will mean very bad things for him. He has a span of 13 regenerations for when his body absorbs too much damage, if he does, he becomes a new form. He had a granddaughter but she passed. He has many companions but sees them infrequently, and they are not too important. He simply protects the Earth time and time again as it seems to come under danger from itself and aliens. He holds a soft spot for it. He is incredibly intelligent, has two hearts and best of all, he thinks bow ties are cool. He also enjoys fish fingers and custard.
Hero Type (Select one):
Sort of Mystic
Power Level (Select one below):
World Level
Powers (Be Specific): He doesn't technically have any powers other than regeneration. His TARDIS automatically translates alien languages to human for the humans. His sonic screwdriver can open anything and do almost anything, it cannot kill and it cannot work on wood.
Attributes (Select one at each category):
Strength Level: 6
Speed/Reaction Timing Level: 9
Endurance at MAXIMUM Effort: 9
Agility: 5
Intelligence: 10
Fighting Skill: Rarely fights, prefers to run and use his sonic screwdriver.
Resources: Extreme
Weaknesses: He is his own weakness, that is all really, and his companions and anything to save the Earth. His good nature is always his downfall hence his last regeneration.
Supporting Characters (Does your character have a significant other? A mother? Friend? Who are they, what do they have to do with your character?): Symphony Ocean
They are both up there for their pics.
Sample Post (Minimum Four paragraphs containing dialogue):
The buildings of Legacy City glimmer in the sunlight, shining beautiful, their tranquility interrupted by an unfamiliar sound, the sound of a cloister ball, in a dark alley...
A blue police box from olden times appears, forming in an empty space as with each whoosh of the cloister bell it becomes clearer and clearer. It stops, and the quietness resumes, broken by the sound of an old wooden door opening and footsteps. Out steps The Inquisitor in beach shorts and stumbling about...
The Inquisitor | We're here! Oh wait...
Symphony (the Inquisitor refers to her as 'Ocean') comes out in a bikini...
Symphony | Finally, we're here in... AAAAAAH!
Symphony runs back into the TARDIS after screaming. The Inquisitor takes out his Sonic Screwdriver and begins to point at objects and beep it, before bringing it down to his face and observing it, sticking his tongue in between his lips for concentration.
The Inquisitor | That's not right...
Symphony re-emerges, fully clothed and stares at the Inquisitor with some disdain.
Symphony | Of course it's not right, you said Barcelona!
The Inquisitor | I know, sorry Symphony. But there's something not quite right with where we are...
Symphony | It's not Barcelona is what is not quite right you bimbo!
The Inquisitor takes off his sunglasses and looks at Symphony looking a bit more serious.
The Inquisitor | No, Symphony. There's something NOT QUITE RIGHT... HERE. This can't be the place I think it is.
Symphony looks more worried now.
Symphony | Why where are we?
The Inquisitor smiles at her question, only too proud to speak about his location.
The Inquisitor | Symphony, we are in Legacy City! A city that is policed by superheroes! Virtually the safest place in the universe... but there's something not quite right with it.
Symphony | What? They're corrupt? Is this another planet?
The Inquisitor | No... and yes. This is another planet. My co-ordinates in the TARDIS are off, must reverse the polarity of the neutron flow methinks. But the thing is... my polarity is wrong in the TARDIS, that also means the chirality of the flux chamber is wrong. Which means...
Symphony | Earth terms!
The Inquisitor | These are Earth terms, they're just smart words! Pfft, humans. But yes, basically, it means everytime we travel elsewhere, the dates are wrong, think about it, I said five minutes to you and I got back to you fifteen years later.
Symphony | Yeah so, what's that gotta do with where we are?
The Inquisitor | Oh Symphony. What I meant to say... was... This place used to be policed by superheroes... but we've been dragged here for some reason, psychic telekinetic distance anti grav lock on my TARDIS has brought it here. Which means... something is wrong.
The Inquisitor licks his finger and puts it up to the sky as if he is testing the wind direction.
The Inquisitor | I was last here thirty one years ago.
A newspaper flies by and hits him in the face. He takes it off and reads it. Symphony walks out of the dark alley and into the main street and looks up in the sky, she let's out a shocked gasp.
The Inquisitor | Ah, wind and the newspaper in the face combination. So human, I love it! But yes, big problem... today, the officials banned the heroes, making it illegal to be one...
Symphony | Yeah, I figured that would explain the smoke in the sky.
The Inquisitor runs out the alleyway and looks...
The Inquisitor | Everywhere I go... there's trouble!
Symphony | Just wanna hop in the TARDIS then and leave this place... or do you want to find out?
The Inquisitor | Oh you know me too well, Ocean...
Symphony | Let's go check it out then!
The Inquisitor and Symphony then begin to run towards the smoke, and run past a sign saying WELCOME TO LEGACY CITY.
