The Pope and Ric Flair
I would love to see Ric Flair manage The Pope and help him take it to the next level. Pope reminds me of a young Nature Boy and who better to ride his coat tails to greatness than the Nature Boy Ric Flair. WHOOOOO!
That's just one man's opinion

Yeah, that could definitely work. I'm just ready for anything that puts Pope in the spotlight, which he deserves, and which he clearly isn't getting from this feud with Devon.

Pope, along with Bobby Roode, are the main reasons I tune in to TNA each week. I'd be fine with Flair pairing up with Pope, although I don't think Pope really needs him. I actually really like what they're doing with Flair right now, having him act as a manager of sorts for Gunner. To me, Flair is best served with someone in need of his mic skills, something Pope already has an abundance of all his own.

I think The Pope and Flair would make a good pairing, as The Pope reminds me of Flair in several big ways!
I'm not sure that Flair and Gunner are well suited and I can see no chemistry between them, but Flair and Pope would make a good match, and I'd like to see them together.
Having said that however, I think Pope is doing just fine as he is!

I disagree. The Pope/Devon feud is one of the best feuds in TNA.

How? They didn't do anything with it for months and now that they finally are we're supposed to buy that Devon's sons are turning on him and beating the shit out of him purely because they think Pope's lifestyle is cool? It's just stupid.

I agree that it took a long time to get going, but I think the feud has been entertaining. Would Devon's kids turn on him in real life "like that?" No. But I do know this. Kids these days like being around someone who they think is cool rather than someone who will give them tough love. I know this from experience.

Yeah, I know, but it would have worked a lot better if they just gradually turned and maybe just walked away from him or something rather than suddenly deciding to beat the shit out of their father, without giving it any second thought or remorse or anything.

Anything would be better than the Devon feud. He needs to do something relevant!
-
I don't think Pope needs Flair to get upwards, but he would most def help him alot along the way. But this Fued with Devon is nothing i would like to see.. just a wast of talent for them both. I really hope that Devon and Bubba someday find together as the good old Dudleys.

The Pope/Devon fued has been dragged out for way too long, they were setting up Devon's sons turning many months ago on Xplosion
Pope said the other week that Devon's wife had left him, that hadn't been mentioned before and she was involved at the beginning of the storyline, weird stuff
The fued is ok, nowhere near the levels of bad that Pope/Joe hit but both guys could be doing better things

Ric Flair and the Pope would be a good pairing.
Gunner and Flair don't go together to well.
The Pope needs to have his persona, built up a bit better,
With better production.
Gunner has the look, but that is about it.
He needs to get better in the ring.
Both could use a few new moves, to make their matches more entertaining.
