Default John Cena heel turn coming soon

As I watch RAW yesterday, Kane cut a very good promo. The promo was about John Cena's new Slogan, the RISE ABOVE HATE slogan. Kane pretty much told Cena that the slogan was pointless knowing that mostly every one is starting to hate Cena. Now Cena's reaction was great cause he does know that every one hates him. Kane told him that he will guide him that he will help him.

So will Kane guide him toward becoming a heel?

Can we put Kane as Cena's mentor?

I was watching the rock's dvd the other day and noticed that the rock first became heel after the crowed turned on him and began chanting rocky sucks. He was rocky maiva(sp?) at the time and after the crowd turned on him he became the rock. So it got me thinking mabye the same thing will happen with cena,
although I don't think "the john" would be a great name choice haha.

He wont turn. He'll 'Rise Above' all the hate and defeat Kane and defeat the Rock and all will be well (but not really)

Cena pretty much will face Kane at the Royal Rumble, but I will like to see Cena as a heel going towards wrestlemania.

In all honesty I wouldn't mind if next week the video is for like Shane/Stephanie McMahon to get the company back and it builds for months when them and John Laurinaitis. In this time John Laurinaitis will pick Swagger, Ziggler, Mark Henry, Christan, Wade Barrett, and Kane, maybe some more then Cm Punk, Zack Ryder, Bryan Danielson, Triple H, and Air Boom will be with the McMahon family that will set up Cm Punk vs Dolph Ziggler, Jack Swagger vs Zack Ryder, and Bryan Danielson vs Christan or Wade Barrett at WM. John Cena hasn't picked a side still fight/wondering about the hate from the fans and building the WM match. After WM they start building for like six man tag match and Cm Punk said he has a mystery person on their team in this time John Cena still is on the fence about heel turning and they keep teasing it and both teams are trying to get him to join them. At the next PPV they have the macth and John Cena is the mystery person for Cm Punk's team then in the match Cena just doesn't have it all there meaning he is off of his game and the fans are in his head, so Cm Punk goes for the win Cena AA him and turns heel. Next night on Raw he cuts his first heel promo in 7 years I think about how he is sick of being the good guy saying WWE start not putting him on PPVs like at TLC just a good heel promo then the storyline just keeps building for a while with John Cena as the leader of John Laurinaitis group of heels.

Going off topic on this it is about a face turn last night on Raw, I heard the plan was for R-Truth to come back as the face last night for his feud with Miz and it seems like the crowd didn't care about him and kinda wanted the Miz to come back and beat him down. So I am thinking WWE needs to go in a different direction and turn Miz face and leave R-Truth heel, I just wanted to point that out and see what people thought about it. Sorry for going off-topic.

I'll believe the John Cena heel turn...when it actually occurs on-air.

This was widely believed to be the year of his big heel turn...but we know how that turned out.

Big time THANKS to Blue Print for the kickass sig below!

As mentioned in this weeks Raw's discussion, Kane's promo reeked of "embrace your destiny", "come over to the darkside" Star Wars type feel to it. I think Cena will continue to work as a face through Mania, all the while his frustrations will continue to boil over. I think WWE should have him lose to Kane and then to the Rock. Losing to the Rock at WM and watching Rock savour the fans "love" should be the turning point to which Cena finally snaps and becomes that angry and bitter heel.

Absoloutely. If he beats Kane and/or The Rock the fans will hate him even more. For Kane, he's supposed to be 'resurrected' as the destructive Kane of Old, and as for The Rock, well, it's The Rock. Arguably the greatest superstar of all time, and one of the most endeared figure to the Wrestling community. Cena wins those, and he's set for life with far worse abuse than he currently gets.

He needs to change his gimmick and pretty soon.

If the WWE is afraid of turning Cena heel because they fear losing the ratings he bring in (supposedly) then they never had much faith in Cena to begin with. The ratings will be there regardless if Cena is a heel or a face. In face, there might be an uptick in the ratings with a heel Cena.

I think after RR, Cena will start a losing streak. Kane will guide him to becoming a winner once again. Kane will be in Cena's corner during WM.

That doesn't mean that Cena will be a heal. He just has to adopt a mean persona (and cheat a little bit) to win some matches.

Cena's holier than thou attitude is becoming very irritating. As a person I like him, his passion for the sport is admirable, but I don't like his nicy guy image. He was best as a heel, the don't give a shit attitude where he actually could cut a decent promo is long gone.

They could easily just turn Cena heel for The Rock feud then turn him back like they did with HBK. Kane pushing him so far and attacking his friends push Cena over the edge and turn him.

Kane will drive him crazy and play mind games with him. I do see him as a full heel when Wrestlemania arrives, a Cena as a heel vs the Rock it will cause so much attention.

I think it depends on if they feel they can get someone else to pick up the slack on merchandise if he turns heel. I think that is why they tried so hard to push Punk's merchandise and turned Rtruth face. They know the boos are strong but they fear what would happen to sales if the little jimmies don't buy his stuff.
