I don't think they will lose or gain viewers if Cena is heel or face. Sorry but i don't watch wrestling cause Cena is there. lol I'm sure others think the same thing.

Cool, if that's true then when probably will be seeing a heel Cena shortly. I thought they said Punk ratings were not as high as Cena's on Raw. Hopefully that not true and the WWE can rely on Punk and another guy besides the Rock ( he not a regular) to lead help them in the ratings.
