(Spoilers) Next X-Division Title Feud

If you don't know the next feud for the X-Division title is Alex Shelley vs Austin Aries, my question how would you book this feud? Would you let them bring up the past of them in Generation Next from ROH and TNA from like 2007 or 2008? Would you let them handle the feud creatively do their own scripts and let them come up everything? Lastly who would you let win the feud at the end of the day?

I'd decide who wins, but I'd let them do their own scripts. In the end, Aries would come out on top mainly because I would need Shelly and Saban (whenever he comes back) to breath some life back into the tag division.

With that being said, Shelly would get his share of DQ wins.

Yes, we do need Sabin and Shelley back in the tag team division that is for sure. To me Aries needs the title to at least BFG then drop it to someone that could care the x-division for a little bit. On this feud it is going to be amazing to see some x-division talent mic work and these are two great people on the mic.

I think in terms of whether or not you'd let them do their own thing in terms of working out the match then it depends how TNA generally do business.

If they generally do it themselves I can't see they'd change things up for this feud.

Austin Starr was such a lackluster & almost embarrassing run that I wouldn't want it mentioned at all for his sake...it would be like Dolph Ziggler talking about his days in the Spirit Squad. Those guys did do some subliminal lines at their Generation Next days when they were both aligned with Nash but TNA these days don't really reference wrestlers ROH days unlike how they did back in the day but I would definitely just let them book their own feud & promos with Aries coming out on top.
