Whenever I posted my most recent promo in FWA, I had some issues color coding it and what not.
Basically, if I posted a long post by the usual PWSforums post-length standard (as most promos in the FWA are), the scroll would act all funky and begin wiggling and shaking and going up and down.
Whenever I color coded a part of my promo, like this, it used to stay highlighted after I coded it. Now it doesn't and if I want to add codes to it like bold or size I have to rehighlight it. Same goes for other codes too, except for font.
Also, if I chose one color, like I chose blue above, but want to change to a new color, let's say green, it coded it as blue and then posted the green code separate. So I had to manually delete the blue code and one of the [/COLOR] things to get it right.
Anyone else, particularly FWAers, having these issues with coding posts and promos? I completely understand that it might be my laptop, internet browser, etc.

Might be your browser. I code manually but whenever i do it the other way, everything works fine.

It does that for me too actually so it's not just Golden. Then again, I do use IE like an old lady so that very well could be the issue.

If it is an IE issue, there may be nothing I can do. Please try using a different browser and see if it happens on there. FireFox is a great browser and I recommend using FF rather than IE for forums in general.

Chrome is my favorite, followed by Opera. Firefox is okay, but IE is just archaic.

It seems that this problem only occurs in Internet Explorer.
So, if anyone is having the same problem, please use a different browser like FireFox, Chrome and a few others.
