New Feature: New way to show how much you like a members post

Hello all, here we are again trying to make your forum better and more convenient for you.

I have added a way for you to show your appreciation for a post that you really like. Say someone makes an excellent post in a wrestling thread and you think it is great, you can now show that you liked that post.

Below is an image of how the Likes box will look.



To Like a post, you click the 'Likes' word in the top right corner of the post, next to the post ID number, once you click it will show right away. (This will probably change and I will keep this thread updated if it does.) Not only does the member who made the post know you liked it, they also receive 10 rep points for having a post someone likes.

Below is an image showing the location of the 'Likes' word:



On your profile page under 'About Me' you are able to see how many people have Liked your posts and also how many times you have Liked posts. I am also going to add Likes info in the members post info on the left side.

If you click 'Settings' up the top of the forum, you can see what post you were given a Like for through your rep system.


A couple of rules for Liking posts: (can change at any time)

- You may only Like posts 5 times a day.
- Thread posts older than 100 days may not be Liked.
- Likes system is not working in WOW or Spam forums.
- You may not Like your own posts.
- You can not remove a Like once you have Liked a post.
- Abuse of this system is not allowed and you will be banned from Liking posts or banned from forum if bad enough.

The Like button has now moved. You can now find it up next to the post ID number. I thought it may be easier to see up there and not down with all the other options. Below is an image of the location of the new placement:



I may replace the word Like with an image eventually and I will update in here on any changed made. First post in this thread will be updated.
