Update on the former ECW arena
A sign for realtor Century 21 is now hanging in front of the property for the former ECW Arena, so it appears there are plans to offer to property for rental or sale to a new tenant. What this means for Joanna Pang's plans to renovate the venue remains to be seen.

In a correction from yesterday, the realtor sign I wrote about yesterday is on a telephone poll outside of the former ECW Arena in front of the front door, not on the building itself. I am told that the sign is indeed for that property, however.
None of the massive renovations planned for the building under Joanna Pang have begun currently. The venue is pretty much sitting there right now waiting for the variances to be approved.
