WWE NXT Results - 30th Jan, 2012

Titus O’Neil makes his way to the ring and Josh mentions Titus’ change in attitude. William talks about his enthusiasm and how he has added a more vicious streak.

We see highlights of Titus attacking Percy Watson after their match only to see Alex Riley come out to attack Titus.

Titus says that it is good that everyone is sitting down and being quiet. He says that he knows that they are not the brightest in the world. The best thing that everyone can do is sit down and shut the hell up while he talks. Last week, Alex Riley butted his nose in business that had nothing to do with him. Alex came out while he taught his former best friend a lesson. Titus says that Showtime with Percy Watson has been cancelled by him. Titus wants Alex to come out to his face instead of coming at him from behind like a coward.

Darren Young interrupts and he tells Titus that there is a place that he would rather be is anywhere but Omaha. Titus should stop worrying about Alex Riley and worry about Darren Young.

Titus wonders why he has to worry about Darren and Darren says that they have some unfinished business. Titus reminds Darren that he beat him two weeks ago in a No Disqualification Match.

Darren says that he never liked Titus because he was a loser and a waste of space. Over the last two weeks, he started to respect Titus because he realized that he did not need any of the people to help him. He might not like Titus, but he respects Titus. Darren offers his hand.

Titus says that he doesn’t care about the people respecting him and he doesn’t need Darren’s respect.

Titus says that he appreciates that Darren has finally seen the light.

Percy Watson’s music plays and he comes out. Percy says that he cannot believe what he is seeing. Titus blew a gasket last week when Percy compared him to Darren and now they are best buddies. Percy says that he should have listened to Alex when he said not to underestimate him. Percy thought that Titus was one of the good guys, but now the gloves are off.

Titus says that Percy is siding with the stupid people again and Percy says that Titus is only siding with himself.

Titus wants to know if Percy is with him or against him. Darren tells Percy to come to the ring to say it to himself. Titus says that Percy is a soft guy so you have to ask him real nicely. Titus begs for Percy to come into the ring.

Alex Riley’s music plays and he comes out to join Percy at ringside.

Titus calls Percy and Alex ‘ebony and ivory’.

Alex tells them to save their breath and to keep the audience’s attention span by keeping their mouths shut. Alex says that they have no problem getting in the ring with them, but he has a problem with the way that Titus handled himself last week. Alex says that he knows what it is like to have his best friend turn his back on him. He knows about helping someone get to the top and have everything blamed on him when things come crashing down.

Alex says that he did to Titus what he did to his friend, he kicked Titus’ ass. Alex says that he has no problem doing it again and he tells Titus to say it to his face.

Titus and Darren get in the first shots but Alex sends Titus to the floor and then Percy sends Darren over the top rope to the floor.

Matt Striker comes out and he says that he wants to give the fans what they want. The main event will be Titus O’Neil and Darren Young versus Percy Watson and Alex Riley.

We go to commercial.

Match Number One: Tyson Kidd versus Trent Barreta

They lock up and Tyson with a waist lock but Trent with an escape. They have a Greco Roman knuckle lock and Kidd with a leg sweep for a take down and he gets a series of near falls with Trent bridging. Tyson with a bridge of his own as they maintain the hold. Trent with a rana and an arm drag into an arm bar. Kidd with an Arabian Press off the ropes and an arm drag that sends Trent to the floor. Tyson with a suicide dive onto Trent and they both hit the ringside barrier.

The referee counts and both men struggle to get back into the ring but they do it before the ten count. Trent with a chop and forearm but Kidd with a kick. Trent with an enzuigiri and then he hits the double jump back elbow but Kidd responds with a spinning back heel kick and gets a near fall.

Kidd tries for a suplex but Trent gets to his feet and he connects with a kick when Kidd charges into the corner. Trent with the flying kick to the head and he gets a near fall. Trent tries for a tornado DDT but Kidd lands on his feet. Trent charges at Tyson but Tyson gets his feet up and goes to the apron. Tyson with an enzuigiri from the apron and then Kidd goes up top but Trent crotches him before Tyson can hit the double jump moonsault.

Kidd knocks Trent off the turnbuckles but Trent gets back up and hits a super hurricanrana but Kidd holds on and rolls through for the three count on a sunset flip.

Winner: Tyson Kidd

We go to commercial.

Heath Slater comes out and he says that he did not want to come back to this D List show because he had to. He is back to show everyone what happened last week. We see footage of his victory over Trent Barreta. We see the victory a few times like it is Groundhog Day. Unfortunately, Heath is not Bill Murray.

Heath is interrupted by Derrick Bateman and Heath wants to know what Derrick is doing here.

Heath says that he knows that Derrick is trying to get into his spotlight. If he wants to show himself beating Trent Barreta all night long he will show it all night long.

Derrick says that he tells Skinner, then gets corrected to Slater. Derrick says that he did not know that Slater had a finishing move. He tells Heath that this is not the family reunion, it is NXT and Derrick guarantees that nobody came to see that video. Derrick says that the Undertaker’s winning streak at Wrestlemania is impressive but Heath’s losing streak is the thing of legend.

Heath calls Derrick a comedian and then talks about Derrick’s bimbo girlfriend. Heath says that he is the real deal and he has been to Wrestlemania. Heath reminds Derrick that he main evented SummerSlam. He is a three time Tag Champion. The WWE Universe has not been able to see the damage that he has cause.

Derrick says that he has compiled a list of damage and called it Heath Slater’s Greatest Hits. We see footage of Slater losing matches to Justin Gabriel and Hornswoggle. Derrick points out how short Hornswoggle is. The fans chant ‘Loser’ and Heath drops his mic. Slater pushes Derrick and Derrick pushes back and he punches Slater and hits a drop kick that sends Slater to the floor. Derrick mocks Heath by playing some air guitar.

Maxine makes her way to the ring and she is dressed for action. Derrick waits in the ring for his woman and Derrick kisses her.

We go to commercial.

Match Number Two: Maxine versus Alicia Fox

They lock up and Maxine with a waist lock and kick. Maxine takes Alicia to the mat and punches Alicia.

Johnny Curtis comes to the ring and he yells at Maxine while she is trying to battle with Alicia. Maxine yells at Derrick and Alicia gets a rollup for the victory.

Winner: Alicia Fox

We go to commercial.

We are back with the John Cena video package that aired at the Royal Rumble.

Derrick Bateman and Maxine walk in the back and Maxine is looking for Johnny Curtis. Maxine tells Derrick to go look for him. Maxine sees Justin Gabriel and Kaitlyn talking and Justin walks away.

Kaitlyn finds it interesting that she is looking to talk to Johnny again. Maxine says that her relationship has nothing to do with Kaitlyn. Maxine says that Kaitlyn has a thing for Derrick and Maxine tells Kaitlyn that Derrick would never have a thing for Kaitlyn.

Maxine walks away and Johnny comes out of a locker room.

Match Number Three: Alex Riley and Percy Watson versus Titus O’Neil and Darren Young

Young and Watson start things off and they lock up. Watson with a waist lock but Young with a wrist lock. Watson with a forearm but Young with a shoulder tackle and he gets a near fall. Young with a side head lock. Young with a cravate into a side head lock. Young with another shoulder tackle but Watson with a hip toss after a few leap frogs. Young goes to the floor and Watson hits a pescado onto Young and he kicks Darren before we go to commercial.

We are back and Percy with a drop kick that knocks Young off the apron. They fight on the apron and Young with a kick followed by a side suplex onto the apron. Young gets a near fall. Young sends Watson’s head into Titus’ boot and Titus tags in.

Titus drops Watson’s arm onto the top rope and gets a near fall. Titus works on the neck and then he runs Percy into the corner and kicks him. The referee warns Titus and then he tags Darren back in. Darren with a forearm across the chest as he is draped over the apron. Titus kicks Percy while the referee deals with Alex.

Young with a swinging neck breaker for a near fall. Young keeps Riley from tagging in and he applies a rear chin lock. Young with a knee drop to the head but Watson with an elbow. Young with shoulders in the corner as he gets a second wind and he connects with forearms but he does not try for a tag. Titus tags in and he slams Percy and gets a near fall.

Titus with a reverse chin lock followed by a knee to the midsection. Titus puts Percy on the top turnbuckle and connects with forearms. Percy with kicks and he gets off the turnbuckles. Watson struggles to get to his corner and he tags in Riley. Young tags in and Riley with a flying forearm followed by a clothesline and a spinebuster. Riley with a kick and a DDT for a near fall. All four men are in the ring until Watson gets rid of Titus. Watson goes after Titus and Titus runs Percy into the apron. Young with a kick to Riley but Riley with a flapjack. Titus makes the blind tag and hits Riley from behind and hits Clash of the Titus for the three count.

Winners: Titus O'Neil and Darren Young
