Yeah Carters in superb form, its great to see him competing at such a high level after his World Cup exit and Cruden is really emerging as a player to watch.

Savea too definitely looks like a future great.

And yeah...sadly, annoying it does seem guys like Piri really step up when they get the black jersey. That said Weepu and Ali had a good, nothing special, just no cock ups game.

Well...to cap off this past wkend's Internationals...all you can say for the Southern Hemisphere is....WHHHEEWWW.

Even South Africa was a bit fortunate to get away from England. Should be exciting finales this upcoming wkend.

As for the All Blacks, well...now that Ali is injured and Liam Messam's been called up, now all the damn whining can stop about Ali...as for Piri, well, since TJ Perenara got injured, and Steve Hanson really doesn't seem to want to go to Andy Ellis for any reason, we're stuck with Piri.

I'm more willing to place that game on a combination of Ireland playing their absolute best against the All Blacks AND the weather clearly played a factor and the All Blacks in the colder conditions couldn't throw the ball around as much as they would've wanted to. Also, the backline under the high ball was the most average I've seen from the AB's since 2010.

Australia, well....they won. Only positive out of that was that I tipped them in my Club's Tipping Competition so that's enough of that. But Genia is a damn freak for such a damn midget.

Oh, and the USA beat Georgia...slowly moving up the ranks bring on Italy next!!!

Big time THANKS to Blue Print for the kickass sig below!

Fantastic game from the All Blacks, the only negative in that game is that Cruden was only on field for 25 minutes. I dont know how we do it but there is another truly great Flyhalf in NZ and Barrett had a great first game as well, no nerves and som great passes. But those 25 minutes of Cruden magic were amazing, excellent kicking, superb passing, fantastic leadership...The All Blacks will be in good hands when Dan Carter has to step aside.

Aaron Smith had a great game as well, as did Richie, Dagg wasn't at his line breaking best but he still had a good game, and SBW despite all his naysayers who dont like him personally to they act like he has no talent really put his hand up to replace Nonu. He showed a complete skillset, a few more games like that and Nonu joins Weepu on the bench full time.

Now to see if the Boks can make it a Southern Hemisphere series cleansweep.

As for last week I put that down to Ireland being at their absolute best against a top tier side, they don't have the skills to be able to blitz a side like New Zealand but what they can do is grind out a win playing ugly Rugby, slowing down the ball as much as possible and really coming up in defence which is how they beat Australia at the World Cup.

Clinical...truly clinical. No better way to describe what transpired in front of my eyes Sat night

Maybe I really should go to all the All Blacks games if they're gonna put up a combined score of 102-10 with me in attendance...

What a win from the Hurricanes match winning try in the 84th minute.

I remember thinking how hard the Canes run home was, they'd have to beat the Crusaders and the Chiefs which seemed impossible but lo and behold they beat them both and are now positioned to make the finals...pending the Sharks and Reds games.
