Triple H Signs A New WWE Contract Until 2016
Triple H has signed a 4 year contract which will keep him with WWE until 2016. The deal however has been made to be much more lucrative for himself.
His "Minimum Annual Compensation" deal is of $1 million per year.
He is limited to 180 days on the road unless both sides agree on more dates.
The official dates of the contract is from January 1st 2012 to March 30th 2016.
With the obvious "Non-Compete" policy for any other Wrestling company, he can't appear for any "Martial Arts" (UFC) company within the contract time.

I understand why they added it, but surely Triple H is the one person who won't be going anywhere else!

That "no compete" clause is the funniest thing but I guess you gotta protect yourself incase something goes wrong in the family.

Doesn't really matter if he's the heir apparent or whatever. No one knows what's going to happen in the next couple of months, let alone years from now. It's just good business sense.

HHH will probably wrestle 2 or 3 matches for the next 2 or 3 years, then only one match the last few years.

Yeah it pretty much keeps him around for the next few years so they can use him as and when required.
