Happy Ziggler win sort of sad for Cody but good. I was sort of thinking WWE might do something like that for the smarks so Ziggler keeps it but challengers something different thank god he didn't lose it that way though. Awesome Miz in the 5 way nice touch was hoping for Rey. Lot of botches in the MITB sort of ruined it a little but but good recovery.

Eh ok tag match AW is growing on me. Build Truth/Kofi/PTP. Good didn't want someone to cash in great it's that way but eh couldn't care less now tbh. Annoying all about how AJ looks it's for the WWE title jesus christ who the hell cares really think WWE will live on what a woman looks like no. A good match stupid and boring ending meaning nothing not happy with the winner Daniel should of won and it's done all chances gone now. Unless they continued it because it didn't look finished which is good in some ways but just annoying Daniel didn't win or more AJ one sided. Would of loved for Ambrose to come out with AJ and steal the Title being her new boyfriend or something pushing him right up there. Not a surprise AJ bumped was expecting. Pointless though.

Was good though how 50/50 she was. So could be ok time will tell but could be bad. Ryback squash good. I like Ryback for the world i'd be happy. Who cares about the 6 woman tag crap winners. First time wasn't expecting Kharma lol. Fuck thank god he didn't win not a bad match actually covering him in ladders was funny holy shit that huge ladder my god insane. Jericho/Cena I wanted. Some good spots that went well not to high flye but good. Cena wins happy. Not really bothered though because Punk/Cena again jesus. But doesn't mean it's yet but with Rock on 1000 those fuckers are going for Cena vs Rock 2 I hope not. Uh yea of course Punk vs Cena at Summerslam makes sense and Daniel get's screwed again.

As expected really, watchable enough but no real spark and overall disappointing compared to the last 2 years.

Smackdown MITB Match 6/10
Was decent enough although really only 4 who had any chance of winning. Pleased Ziggler won although to be honest would have preferred him to be going for the WWE Title. Anyone else think Tensai looked a bit reckless at times? Particularly throwing Dolph over the announce tables. Maybe was Dolph for leaping too much but looked bad. Upside down bounce off the neck? Was pleased he got up. Awesome spot by Tyson Kidd falling with the ladder then a flip powerbomb. Although Ziggler seemed to land on his face.


World Title: Sheamus vs Del Rio 6/10
Solid if unspectacular. Del Rio working the arm but Sheamus having an answer for most of his big move attempts. Not a fan of how they use the Brogue Kick tbh. Could have done with a pinfall after the WHite Noise then saved the brogue kick for Ziggler. As it was just had the usual, arena and Sheamus chanting Brogue over and over yet the opponent still just so happens to stroll into line to receive it. It's a much better move without the call and if looks to be done spontaneously in my view.

Soon as Del Rio reacted was waiting for Ziggler. Dunno if it was just me but never expected him to wint he belt so it was more a case of hoping they didn't screw him by ringing the bell.


Primetime Players vs Primo and Epico 5.5/10
Kinda pointless seeming but Primo and Epico looked great, seemed to have a real spring in their step. Fact they won I assume they'll do a 3 way or add a 4th team top make it a four corners title match at Summerslam perhaps. Stupid if they just have PTP against Kofi and Truth as if this match never happened.

Anyone else notice the big flash when Truth chucked water on the microphone? Speaking of which did AW really shout "hey Taco Bell you can't run the border like that!". Kinda funny but borderline racist also.


WWE Title: CM Punk vs Daniel Bryan 7/10
Yeah for real, 4th match from the end. When it had the momentum going it was good as you'd expect but it felt choppy. Started and just got the momentum going then it got cut with the AJ bump. Re started and got going again and was enjoyable then AHJ comes back whilst they're both down and it's stifled again. Bit more action then focus shits to AJ again, etc. Nice finish for a normal match, superplex through a table but the whole AJ as special ref was ultimately pointless and this angle showed no signs of dying anytime too soon, sadly.

Hawkins and Reks vs Ryback 3.5/10
He's fighting rostered guys now. Little bit of a challenge but swiftly dealt with. Dum de dum moving on.....

Layla, Kaitlyn and Tamina vs Beth, Natalya and Eve 3/10
More filler above the WWE Title no less. Needless to say the latter team should destroy Layla and Kaitlyn but instead Natalya ran scared to hug Beth (thought they'd fallen out?), Beth hurriedly tagged in Eve who also tried to pussy out into the corner. Fucking dumb and descended into a bit of cat fighting in the ring. Had my hopes up briefly for a swerve on the internet as Kharma came out but anyway back to reality that didn't happen and instead Layla hit a neckbreaker and pinned Beth for the 3rd or 4th straight month.

Raw MITB Match 5/10
The opportunity to have a match to compete for the WWE Title is apparently a bigger deal than actually having a match for the WWE Title ladies and gentlemen. Did the match live up to it's top billing or rather to expectations of being more of a brawl with ladders? The latter of course. Earlier in the night Miz came out and announced he was in the match also.

Curiously 3 things bothered me about this match.

First up after an AA through the Spanish announce table they all buried Big Show in ladders. Commentary team declare they've never seen anything like that before. Either Show/Henry or Kane got buried with ladders on the camera ringside bit in either last years or 2010s MITB PPV ffs. If they meant the AA through the announce table then Cena tends to do that about once a month

Big Show got his special ladder out. I don't need to describe it because it's more or less a staple for a big man in a MITB match now since it came out last time Show was involved. Again though commentary were acting as though they'd never seen anything like it.

Of course last but not least, the finish. Before anyone starts, it's not the fact Cena won, it was always between him and SHow with John most likely. More how it came about.

Top of the ladder firstly Jericho has a sleeper hold on Cena for a fair while.Would have really been dumb if he'd won it with Y2J on his back heh. Even so what happened next? Jericho on one side of ladder, Show up the other and Miz scaling the side.

Standard knockout punch sends Jericho crashing out of the equation. Same thing to The Miz with the same result. Cue Cena climbing the ladder, Show delivers a knocout punch which cracks the briefcase against Cenas head.

John Cena though doesn't even flinch, instead he swings the briefcase tamely at Show until it breaks giving Cena the win.

As if to be a tosser Cena even looked into camera and declared he's the reason to keep watching Raw because "you never know when"

True we can't be sure when, but the key question is do we care?

Anyone else gonna fail to be surprised to see Cena cash in and win the title on the 1000th episode of Raw which sets up Cena vs Rock for the title at Summerslam btw?

Makes you wonder how long until Daniel get's released I may say it every month after each PPV but wonder how long until he's jobbing on Superstars against Tyler Reks and possible Curt Hawkins in hopefully not a handicap match because you know jobbing to those two jerkoffs in a handicap match on Superstars is as low as you can go. Unless they for some reason decide to make Hornswoggle Daniel's manager or even Tyler Reks and Hawkins manager and then it becomes a 3 on 1 situation job fest for Daniel. Wonder when Daniel will return to DGUSA. Oh some new guys on the Indies could be great matches. I'm guessing they'll give him his release within a few hours.
