No no no no no!
Why in the name of Paul Bearers left nut does everybody think that Takers retirement match will be at a Wrestlemania?
It shouldn't, and here is why -
Liability.
Yes, liability.
You have one of the greatest records in WWE history in Mark Calaway's undefeated streak at WM. Now yes, the ultimate push for an up and comer would be to beat Taker at WM. Hell that would be a push for any wrestler in the WWE world. BUT what's the payoff vs the cost?
Best case scenario - The person who gets to beat Taker goes on to absolute greatness in the company. I mean massive greatness. I'm talking up there with Flair, HBK, HHH, Hogan, and Taker himself. A man who sticks with the company for years, until his joints barely move and he only fights 1-2 times a year but gets bigger pops then people who wrestle every week. Somebody who ends up being a cornerstone of the WWE from 2013/2014-2030 and beyond.
Realistic scenario - You give it to some hotshot you think will go places. He rides the fire that beating Taker builds under his feet for a while and gets pretty big. Then the fire dies. Either he really isn't that good after all, or it turns out he does more drugs then most guys did in the 80's, or something. What ever happens, what ever the cause, he doesn't end up being as great as you figured he would be. Or he decides in a few years that he wants to leave to go try MMA/football/join circus de soleil or whatever.
Basically by letting anybody end Takers record, you risk sullying one of the best records in wrestling history for no longterm pay off.
To me, letting Calaway keep his undefeated streak going into retirement would be the equivalent of a gold watch. Let him keep it.
Pick another PPV to retire him at. Him retiring at Hell in the Cell would be good in my books.

His last match will of course be at a Wrestlemania, but that DOES NOT mean he has to lose. My guess is that he will retire with the streak intact

It's become preetty traditional for a wrestler to lose their retirement match. I don't believe that Taker would want to deviate from that tradition.

Trish Stratus won her retirement match, which have been one of few retirement matches in WWE so I don't see much "tradition" involved. I'd expect Undertaker to retire in the same fashion. It's all situational, and Undertaker will never lose at Mania.

Brock definitely will face Taker at Mania 29

If you have the same guys do the same match ever year, it will become boring and will keep the younger guys from learning how to put on a great show.
Austin vs Punk hasn't been seen before and Brock/Rock or Brock/Taker would have been over a decade ago by the time Wrestlemania comes around.
Not to mention these would be the big name glamour matches that have become a modern tradition for Wrestlemania to feature.
The younger/in their prime guys who deserve the Wrestlemania rub should still get that, from the title matches.

I think finally its gonna be Undertaker vs John Cena or Undertaker vs Edge (Once Again)

Yeah WM is more of a event than show now. So your gonna get the type of HBK/Taker, HHH/Taker, Cena/Rock type matches that headline the PPV, young guys get the title matches.

Thought WWE was doing Rock vs. Cena 2, I rather see Rock vs. Punk and Cena vs. Taker.

If they don't go with Jericho, then have Cody Rhodes take the streak.
Would love to see Jericho vs. Taker at Wm aswell, that be a good match.
