What needs to be fixed about WWE
Lots of things that need to be fixed about WWE
Talent - WWE needs more Talented wrestlers many of these guys can't even entertain in the ring. NXT thing is not help it has brought in some untalented guys. untalented guys David octunga, husky harris, micheal mcgulity, chody rhodes, Brodus clay. They need to re-train alot of these wrestlers.
Tag division - there needs more teams, aren't you tired of Core vs Kane n big show?. This division is the one the needs the biggest reform.
Main Eventers/pushed stars - There needs to be more main eventers WWE is lacking main event depth.
angles - better ones ones that make sense not ones like cena-nexus orton-nexus

Dont make me make you cry
Honestly bro, the WWE as an entire product is different now. Their more interested in making movies and selling merchandise, they could care less about what us internet marks think. See me and you, and many others on this board, were considered the fans who will buy it anyways, so they don't care. You want to make the WWE change, stop watching the damn show. I don't watch Smackdown! or RAW. Don't get me wrong, i'm up to date with whats going on, but I'm not gonna sit there for two hours and watch a show I'm only half interested in because it used to be great back in the 90's. I could write an entire list on what the WWE needs to change:
1. Better Talent
2. Hotter Divas
3. Better Storylines
4. Better Angles
5. Better Characters
6. Reduced Script writing from the "writers"
7. Cena needs to turn Heel
8. No more joke characters, angles, storylines, and or stupid random kiddie jokes nobody cares about (JBL is poopy, nuff said)
9. Making the show directed towards a 18-35 demographic
10. Giving each of your PPV credibility by actually making people care about the match, not what type of match it is (Elimination Chamber)
11. Pushing the envelope, making a show in which we as fans can actually think is "real", even though we all know its not.
And thats just me thinking off the top of my head. But dude, like I said before, they don't care. They're gonna keep making money till more people decide to shut off their TV and stop watching.

Yeah, I agree these firings aren't that shocking. Ariel surprised me because she appeared to be a big part of Kevin Thorn's current character. I don't think these releases are anything to worry about.

You know there's probably not an easy way to post this, but I feel it's about time I tell it like it is.
1 year ago I stopped watching WWE's television programming because I felt that it has gone to shitsville since the day Jeff Hardy left(which was 2 years ago)and I didn't know wether or not I was going to watch WWE again UNTIL recently. I've seen the "shoot" promo that CM Punk cut prior to him winning the WWE Title from John Cena and even though he was the heel, wether he wants to admit it or not the fans agreed with every single word he said. Then when Triple H returned to take the helm of power from Vince McMahon I felt that FINALLY FINALLY the WWE would be interesting for me to watch again. Because let's be honest Triple H had been working with Vince behind the scenes for years, starting with the birth of the Attitude Era which produced some of the greatest superstars of all time like Austin,Rock and HHH himself,so the way I thought about it is with so much talent WWE has got today like Miz,R-Truth,John Morrison,Kofi Kingston,Mysterio are the reasons why I miss watching the WWE. YEAH I SAID THE MIZ too Remember He beat Randy Orton last November to win the WWE Title. Now what I think the WWE needs to do is throw out their most recent rulebook(suspending stupid stipulations like no blood,no chairshots to skull, high risk moves are prohibited) and re-write a new one just as long as they don't get in too much trouble with the City and State Athletic Commissions,NEXT they should get rid of half of the roster that HAS NO I repeat NO talent and are worthless to the company, instead of getting rid of employees that busted their ass night in and out and not get the fuckin respect or opportunities they deserve and FINALLY and this is what I hope and pray to God happens They FIRE John Laurinatis as Executive Vice President of Talent and hire a guy who knows everything about talented "entertainers" that CAN GO in the ring. Because that piece of shit has been undermining half of the WWE talent for years and it would NOT surprise me one Damn Bit if he Got SHIT-CANNED the day after what was a momentous night for the company(IN THEIR VIEW)But hey who am I to judge,John Cena-CM Punk for Undisputed WWE Title and Triple H the guest referee they had a great match arguably the best match I've seen in quite some time. But the Aftermath with Kevin Nash coming out screwing over Punk allowing Alberto Del Rio to cash in his Money in the Bank contract AND win the title WAS A STROKE of Genius. HELL if they continue to pull stuff like this off and get such a reaction from the fans, the internet/dirt-sheet fuckfaces and even the talent behind the curtain. Hey maybe JUST maybe The WWE will be WORTH WATCHING for me again. Let's just hope They don't FUCK THIS UP

Wrestling is not at its best, but I wouldn't say it is bad. It has plenty of good moments.
This is the best deal you're going to get. I won't tell you that you can save yourself, because you can't.

Well I wish the Women's title was taken a bit more serious...mainly by hiring divas with some sort of martial arts and wrestling background.
Stop the PG shows, keep the shows at PG-13 at least.
Less talking like someone already mentioned reduce script writing.
Cruiser-weight division, enough said.
Tons more that I could mention but let us start with those.

I think both the WWE and TNA need to put more importance on titles. Bring back rankings and standings for title shots , have more title matches on the weekly shows and make sure that most if not all the belts are on the line at a pfv. Anymore when watching I find myself zoning out even in the main events because the match doesn't really " matter" or " count " for or toward anything. TNA was on the right track with the Power Rankings they used there for a while and then they just dropped it like a hot potato.

I kinda agree with this, but the bold portion is where I agree 100%. It should never be a gimmick to have your titles defended (NoC). I think that if a title isn't defended on that month's PPV then it should be defended on RAW/SD. And I don't mean just as a time filler. Also, the occasional title change on tv would be nice.
