Mark William Calaway has always been Undertaker. Ever since he debuted as a wrestler in World Class Championship Wrestling (WCCW) in 1984.
The Fake Undertaker was played by Brian Harris (Brian Lee)
He also played Undertaker in a Indian Bollywood movie named Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi

He Joined (WCW) in 1989.

Here's one I was always curious about but what happened during Jarrett's second WWE run. He came back in late '95 & did the short feud with Ahmed Johnson where they fought at the Royal Rumble in '96 & then just disappeared as quick as he reappeared...anyone know what the deal with that was?

His contract expired (Wikipedia says contract dispute). He was with the company from Late 1993/Early 1994 but left in for a short time 1995 to go down to USWA (which I think was a developmental territory), when he came back in late 1995 he was still under the same contract, not a new one so it makes sense that it would have expired around that time.
