I was wondering, is the RKO the same as the Twist of Fate? I mean they look sort of the same and I think as Orton started using RKO often for concussing people, they made Matt reduce use of Twist of Fate and go more with Side Effect, so is ToF the same as RKO?
What it takes to do the move is different but the effect is the same.
Except the TOF is done a little lower to the ground since Orton jumps up.

How does Jeff Hardy & others jump off ladders & be able to compete the next day?
Well a lot of the spots would hurt them a lot, I guess they just have to work through the pain when necessary. Obviously if it is really bad they would not be asked to wrestle for a while.
They'd just have to work through the pain.
Usually the next match they have after a gimmick match that a PPV is used to set up for another fued so it would be needed.
But like abyss1 said, if its too much they would probably save it for the next week.

i have a question, i guess u can say i just got into wrestling recently, like five months. Why is HBK so different from the person he used to be during the Attitude Era? He was so badass but hes so different now
Lets take Edge and Orton for example.
Lets say that Edge has Orton in a submission hold that Orton that can be moved to that Edge's shoulders are lying on the ground but Orton can't get his arm over him for the pin.
Does the ref go for the count or does he ignore it?
If the ref does go for the count Orton isn't covering him so why should he get the win?
Can someone explain?

Some times they do, a sleeper is an example, the figure four etc.
But at ONS, for Umaga's splash, Vince actually had Lashley down in a "Taker pin" position, which was ignored, depends on situation and ref.
A pin is not just being on top of them. A pin is a move or effort to keep your opponents shoulders on the ground. This is why someone in the figure 4 would be pinned if their shoulders were on the mat, they are in a manouver and their shoulders are on the mat.
okay i have another question, this time about Cena's submission hold.
How does the STFU damage the opponent?
The part that were lead to believe that hurts is when he pulls back on their head, however if you watch you'll notice he doesn't actually pull it back, he only puts his arms around them and screams to make it more convincing.
But when he holds their leg with his thats probably the only part thats likely to hurt.
The original STF would hurt more cause its more of a sleeping hold.

They are both variations of the Ace Crusher, as is the stone cold stunner, the diamond cutter, any other cutter, and pretty much every other jumping jawbreaker/face crusher but not all of them, just a lot of them.

I don't agree with that completely. Yes, the cutter's are all variations of Ace Crusher's, or more appropriately just variations of a DDT. IMO the only thing they have in common with the Stunner is the facelock. Other than that, they are completely different moves, as a Stunner is a jawbreaker, not a DDT.
