Never thought anything of it because I've seen him wear it like that various times. Speaking of the 1998 Royal Rumble, anyone know if there was a backstory to Jarrett attacking Owen Hart during his entrance? That seemed random as I never recall them having a match or confrontation or anything on TV before or after that.

i went through the raw before the rumble and two afterward, the raw before owen had a segment with hhh and chyna, no mention of jarrett, the two afterward jarrett was in tag matches, neither were involved with each other so the only thing i can think of is it was a backup plan just in case triple h couldnt compete at mania, or else it was just another angle dropped by russo

i remember taker doing it 2 or 3 times, one time was a match against mankind, but i think taker took the mask off every time revealing himself

I only remember two times Taker did that during the "Highway To Hell" storyline where people were wondering if Kane & Taker were together. There was that match you just mentioned where he beat Kane to become the #1 contender & another incident on the early days of Heat where Kane went crazy & beat up Mankind & Paul Bearer only to take the mask off seeing that it was Taker.

EDIT: WWE Classics On Demand just aired the episode when Kane dressed up like Taker to attack Austin only for Austin to shove him in a hearse he drove into the arena. It was the 8/17/98 episode

I was just wondering because when I checked the PPV listing on the TV it said 5PM - 2AM, so obviously I can't figure out when it's ending or starting properly. I really need to know because I'm going to someone else's house to watch it and I told them 7-11PM and was hoping it didn't go into midnight. The time right now for me is 2PM, can someone help me with the times!

It's midnight till 4am here in the UK. 7pm till 11pm I think that would be Eastern Time US.

The Pre show stuff online starts earlier though I THINK the tag match is about half hour before the main PPV starts.

Does anyone know why Earl Hebner does that weird twitch thing on every two count? It's like one of legs gives way. I've never understood why he does it because it sometimes gives the kick out away before it happens.

You mean after the two a subtle slight of hand towards the guy on the mat that isn't always that subtle?

I just kinda figured it was a way of making sure the wrestler knows/remembers to kick out.
