i think those days are gone for him now - back when him and taka were a tag team, they could have done something. why they keep this guy around and fire other more talented guys is beyond me.

Chavo Guerrero Returning From Suspension Soon
Chavo Guerrero is the last superstar still suspended from the Signature Pharmacy bust and will return in a weeks time once the 60 day term is over.
Booker T was the other superstar under 60 day suspension but has left the company.
It's unsure if he will return on the exact day the suspension is lifted.

I'm wondering why he was suspended for 2 months and everyone else got 1 except for Booker who was serving his 2nd suspension. I didn't think Chavo had been suspended before, maybe I'm wrong.

I don't think that is entirely true. Last year when he was fueding with Benoit he fit into the midcard quite nicely and I thought he could have taken the US Title and become an upper midcard talent. I have a discussion thread about it in the smackdown section.

Chavo! great news. IMO he is a great wrestler, and has been held in the crusierwieght Div!. i think he should be contending for the US championship, The man has skills and plays a Heal GREAT!. One of the best wrestlers in smackdown, shame he is just known as 'eddies nephew' i tink it may have held him back aswell. Get him in and PLEASE NO MORE REY VS CHAVO!!!.
